Day 2 at Ananda

Raq slept till 9 and then woke up to get ready and head to his shoot.

Shamz was up very early, she had a meditation session that morning, followed by a breakfast after a small trek. She was wearing a white kurta that was given at Ananda, her eyes looked like she had a satisfying sleep and was fresh for the new day.  Her hair were tied up in a bun with those cute little clips she used in dozens. White kurta pajama with sneakers was the new normal for the trek and she was enjoying this one as this was among her firsts. But she knew, with her companion, there were many to come in future. She did everything at ease, crossing the water body on a zip line was smooth because of her fitness level.

Raq was dressed in casuals- black jeans and an olive green hoddie with black sneakers and shades. He loved eyewear and had a big collection, the most difficult thing for him to choose every time he left home. At home in Pune, whenever he left home for any work, he always met his Mom and took her blessings before leaving as that gave him the strength throughout the day. He did the same that morning. As soon as he got into the car, he decided to call Shamz as he would get busy once he began to shoot.

Raq: Good morning, my love!

Shamz: Good morning! I am having a beautiful morning. What about you?

Raq: I haven't seen you yet,  so it is yet to become beautiful. Also, you sound so happy and chirpy.

(He always could make out about her mood with her voice and she was aware about it. His reply to her, made her feel about his flirtatious intention.)

Shamz: I don't think you will have clarity, if we switch to video cause I am on a hill, we had a small trek , after which the breakfast was organised on the hill.

(She had a bad network as she was elevated from the ground but the nature made her feel chills and happy at the same time.)

Raq: That's so cool.

(Raq felt sad that she had offered him to come along but he couldn't do it this time. He thought to himself that he wouldn't leave a chance to go there next time.)

Shamz: only one request, please eat on time and eat well.

(Her concern for him always took over, she tried to be polite most of the times but when he did exactly the opposite, she lost her cool on him. That happened very rarely though as she always kept a check on it.)

Raq: yes boss, I will only be able to talk in the evening today, I am going to try and pack up as early as possible.

Shamz: Just leave me a message once you finish lunch!

(Shamz wasn't sure if that would happen but she tried her luck and she was sure he would miss her.)

Raq: Okay, have a good day baby! Muaah

(Raq gave her a flying kiss and with that sound the driver looked upto the rare view not being able to process what he had just heard. Raq saw that with the corner of his eye and left a little embarrassed but didn't give any heed to what the driver must've thought.)

Shamz: Yes, you too baby! I love you, she shouted.

(She was at the top of the hill and knew none with whom she had come, so she did what her heart was asking her to. The voice came back to her in echo, that gave her so much peace and satisfaction)

Raq: Baby, relax! I love you too and I can't wait to give you bear hugs once we meet.

(With that assurance, he bid her goodbye and began to look at her pictures on his phone. Whenever he was away, that was his favourite thing to do. He always had the passion to click pictures and he did an excellent job especially at clicking hers.)

Raq was busy with work while Shamz was getting her healing into process. It was post 4 and Raq had forgotten to inform Shamz about his lunch, she had slept after having lunch so she didn't check her messages. The moment she woke up, she checked for his message and there was none, she directly called him, it was Meghna, his assistant who answered the call.

Meghna: Hi Shamz, he is shooting.

Shamz: Did he eat?

Meghna: Yes, a little. He had a salad and juice.

Shamz: Okay, thank you.

(Shamz was upset with him firstly for not  having eaten properly and also for not informing her.)

After pack up, Raq went back home and was chilling, when he called her up, Shamz had a star gazing night so she didn't answer the call, when she saw his call, she decided not to call him back as she was upset. Also, she was seeking attention this time around.
Later that night, Raq called her again as he was unable to sleep without having talked to her,

Raq: Hi, my baby!

(He was happy as his work had gone as per plan and he was back home early, he wanted to spend time with Shamz but she was busy.)

Shamz: I am upset with you!

(She didn't even bother to say hi, she had to put her point across and he needed to make up for not having informed her about his  lunch, clearly she sounded upset.)

Raq: Why? Are you okay? Have I done anything that upsets you?

(Raq was taken aback, he didn't understand what had made his baby upset and he wasn't even aware of it. Also, his concern and love for her always made him very empathetic towards her. His day also got affected if she wasn't ok. They are in true sense, 2 bodies but one beautiful soul.)

Shamz: 2 things, firstly you didn't eat well and also you didn't text me after lunch.

(She was brief and to the point, her way of explanation was always crystal clear. Her feelings for him made her bothered and extra careful of his health. She wanted to put his eating habits in place.)

Raq: I am so sorry! I was engrossed in work and in the attempt to finish fast and get back home to rest, I missed this.

(He knew he had missed it. He quickly apologised cause he knew she was always right, as the concern for him made her feel a certain way. He didn't justify but told her the fact for why it had skipped his mind.)

Shamz: So you agree, you are wrong!

(She had a smile cause he admitted his mistake very subtly and she knew he would make it up to her in the future.)

Raq: it just skipped my mind.

(Now, they were pretty normal but he didn't want to give in cause he knew she always won the battles for them.)

Shamz: I am upset with you.

(She loved messing around with him. She never left the opportunity to do so, here she was at it again.)

Raq: Come back soon, I will you make it up to you with a lot of love.

(She had a huge smile on her face after hearing that and she felt like she skipped a hear beat. She was yearning for his hugs and kisses, as they  we're never enough for her.)

Shamz: You know how to getaway with a lot!

(She gave in finally as he was also missing her.)

Raq: I am still learning.

Shamz: My baby had dinner?

(She never forgot to ask him about his meals and what he ate, that was her basic nature. She was trying to make sure he ate proper food and on time.)

Raq: Haan! I had a proper meal as it was early today.

Shamz: Good! Just two more days and I am coming back!

Raq: That's great news, I am also coming soon to see you then.

(Both their hearts were waiting for each other's warmth. When would these few hours apart get over. He was super happy with the news of her returning and she was happy to hear how he waited for her to come back and would come and see her soon.)

Shamz: can't wait!

Raq: Same here.

(With a wide smile on their faces and peace in their heart and mind, they disconnected the call and slept.)
