Arjun's pov
We all have been waiting for the doctors to come now they are still in the operation theatre.
I looked at riya and she has been constantly moving here and there.
God please keep him fine.
Suddenly the door burst open and doctors came.
"What happened? How's he?" Mrs sharma asked
"We can't say anything right now he has to be under observation for twenty four hours"
"Can we atleast meet him" Riya asked
"We are sorry but right now there are chances the patient might get infected. Although you all dont have to worry the operation is successful according to us just now we have to observe how does his body react"
We sighed .
I turned towards mom and said
"Mom you all go me and riya will be here. You all should rest"
"Yes mrs. Singh you all should go" Riya said.
I frowned at her she can also call her mom after all she's married to me
"Arjun is your wife talking to someone? " Mom asked me
I looked her at her confused and then I understood what was she doing.
"I don't know mom you can ask her" I shrugged
Poor riya looked confused as hell
"Mrs singh I was saying you should go home"
"It's mom for you or nothing" She stated
And I am proud of you mom
Riya smiled as realisation dawned up on her
"Yes mom you should go" She smiled
"But you both will be alone" She said
"It's okay let them be afterall they are newly married" Dad said
Seriously dad? Alone that too in an hospital. What would even one do with that.
I tell you my family is so stupid.
I face palmed.
Mom elbowed him and hugged both of us.
"Take care children and keep updating us" She kissed both of our cheeks.
Then Mrs. Sharma also came and hugged us.
"Arjun I am so happy that you both are married" She patted my shoulder.
One by one everyone left and now it was only me and MY WIFE.
Ahh that sounds soo good.
It's late at night and we both sath on the benches and I held her hand while she kept the head on my shoulder.
I cherished the moment I can live my life just like this.
"Arjun? "
"Yes love?"
"When did you realise that you love me? " She asked looking at me innocently
I looked at her lovingly and smiled at the memory when I first time saw her
"The moment I saw you" I smiled
She gasped
"You!!! " She said shocked
"What? I did fell in love with you " I shrugged
"But you never told me before" She frowned and started sitting straight.
I pulled her towards me and said.
"Did I really had to say? Wasn't I giving you enough hints? "
"What? Oh! Oh righttt" She looked as if she realised now

"It's okay now you are MINE" I said and kissed her cheek
She blushed and said
"You are stupid"
"But honestly tell me you never once felt that maybe I was giving you hints? " I asked curiously
"Yeah! I mean I did felt sometimes but then I thought why would you even like me in the first place." And I frowned at her
"And why not? "
"Oh come on just look at me what do I even have in particular just a simple boring girl" She shrugged
"What I see is an absolutely beautiful girl who is now my wife and now I can flex it off to people for having such an absolute beauty" And she blushed and hid her face in my chest while I chuckled
I just love her so much.
Meanwhile i nurse came and gave the updates about his condition and I asked her for blanket.
"Don't you think that nurse was being extra sweet with you" She frowned still looking towards the direction the nurse went.
"I don't think so she was just being nice to us" I shrugged
" No no she was you didn't notice her constant stare on you"
"What can I do now there is no proof of me being taken " I sighed sadly.
"What do you mean? " She narrowed her eyes
"I just mean that look I gave you a ring and we are married on papers except and you have a proof of being taken but poor me" I said and She frowned.
She didn't say anything.
After sometime the nurse came back with two blankets.
She handed over one to riya and other to me I was goin to take it when riya stopped.
"Excuse me. We don't need this" She said politely
"Why not? Poor man will be cold"
"Oh don't worry. Me and MY HUSBAND will share the same blanket. Thank you" She smiled in satisfaction and my heart fluttered with joy.
The nurse went away mumbling and okay.
"My husband huh? Not bad! " I smirked while she poked her tongue.
"Cute" I mumbled.
I took the blanket and wrapped around ourselves while her held her close to me for extra warmth.
"Arjun"
"Sleep love don't worry"
"Arjun"
"It's fine baby I am comfortable"
"Arjun"

"Will you just let me speak"
"Oh yeah "

"What something wrong"

"Yaassss.now shush let me sleep"
And with that she slept peacefully leaving me in suspense.
I kissed her forehead and closed my eyes.
