My personal opinion is people can make a meme of whatever they want, as long as it's not extremely offensive. If it's mildly offensive, it's fine.
But that's just me. Many people do think memes should not be offensive at all.

I'm not sure how giving woman rights causes 'economic ruin' so feel free to educate me . However, if both men and women have equal rights, should it not improve the economic condition of a country.
