Nabalot ng tensyon ang buong silid-aklatan. Kanina ko pa napapansin ang ang mariing titigan ng magkapatid.

"Lady Eliazar, may I ask why did you came here," pinasadahan nito ng malamig na tingin si Drake. "Alongside my brother?"

Hindi mapagkakailang magkamukhang-magkamukha si Drake at ang Emperor.

The Emperor also have a red hair, just like Drake's. He have a flamboyant blue eyes matched with it's white skin. Mayroong makisig na katawan ang Emperador na sya namang nakakaakit para sa mga babae.

Kung nasa modern world lang sana kami, tiyak na pag-aagawan sya upang gawing modelo. He'll be surely famous in just a snap.

Ngunit isa lang ang ayaw ko sa kanya, his attitude. Emperor Luther Clyde Hawthorn, dalawampu't apat na taong gulang ay kilala sa kanyang pagiging brutal. Just like me in my past life, he won't hesitate to kill someone. Kaya nyang mapaluhod ang lahat. I'm okay with him being a blood maniac but him being a womanizer? Nah.

I pursed my lips before answering. "I want to discuss something important with you.." Luther's face then turned blank. "Your majesty."

"Nakakapanibago, you're using formal words to adress my brother. Dati rati'y tinatawag mo syang My Emperor." Pabulong na saad ni Drake, pilit tinatago ang ngiti ngunit nabigo.

Hindi na ako nabigla pa doon, ofcourse Amara really loved the Emperor to the point in where she gives him an endearment. My Emperor?

"He's the Emperor after all, I should respect him no matter what." Napaigtad ako ng makarinig ng isang kalabog.

I saw how the Emperor's eyes darkened with it's fist smashed on the table.

That's quite scary though. I giggled at my thought.

"Laughing like that, that's quite bold of you, My lady." Nakangiting sabi ni Luther. His smile feels so... Dangerous?

Napatikhim ako. "My apologies, your Majesty."

"Brother, a rumors are circulating around the empire saying that you're gonna crown the second Concubine as your Empress?" Drake decided to drop the bomb. Pagkalingon ko sa kanya ay kinindatan nya lang ako.

Iling-iling akong napangiti, he's cute for real. Mabuti na lang at sinabi yon ni Drake sa Emperor. That'll make this discussion more easy for me.

Umupo nang maayos si luther at seryosong tiningnan ang nakangiseng kapatid. "A prince like you believing a rumor? Quite disappointing."

"Pero totoo naman, diba?" Drake replied. A smirk formed in my lips but then quickly disappeared when I felt Luther's gaze at my direction.

"I want this little discussion of us to end early." Seryoso kong tiningnan ang Emperor. "Let's get divorce."

Drake stared at me with it's horrified expression. Na parang hindi sya makapaniwala sa sinabi ko. He tried to open his mouth but then he stopped himself.

"I'm tired, let's talk about it again tomorrow." Malamig na sabi ni Luther, I then felt danger.

"I want it done by now." Pinal kong sabi. "It's not that hard, kailangan lang nating pumirma sa papeles. Let's not make it hard for each other, we all know you dont have some sort of feelings for me." I felt pain in my heart while saying that word.
Hinay-hinay Amara. I'm only doing this for your sake. You shouldn't force your feelings to someone who wont even give a shit to you.

"Let's talk about it again tomorrow." Mahina nitong sabi. I saw how his fist clench.

Mapait akong napangiti sa kanyang reaksyon. You like Amara but then you shoose to hide it? Stupid.

"There's no need to hesitate kuya, you don't like her, right?" Sabat ni Drake. He's right.

Tinrato ng Emperor na parang basura si Amara tapos ngayon ay nagdadalawang isip ito?

"Drake, out!" Galit nitong savi sa kanyang kapatid. Ngunit nagmatigas si Drake, nakaupo lang ito ng maayos na parang walang balak na umalis.

"I came here with Lady Amara, aalis lamang ako kapag aalis sya."

Drake, I think that's a bad move. Isip-isip ko ng maramdamang mas lumamig ang temperatura ng buong silid, nagpalabas din ng itim na awra si Luther. It's eyes were blazing with fire.

Nakagat ko ang aking labi dahil sa tensyon. I also saw gow Drake stiffened. He's hella scared for his life.

"Drake Hawthorn. I order you to Leave!" The Emperor mandate with full autority and Rage. I felt a shiver down my spines when he glared at me with those blue eyes.

Napipilitang napatayo at lumabas ng silid si Drake. Dahil sa takot na ako ang mapagbuntungan ng galit ay mahina rin akong napatayo.

Tumalikod ako at akmang hahakbang when I felt a heavy breath near my neck. Napalunok ako at dali-daling lumingon. But it only make the whole situation more awkward.

Isang dipa lang ang layo ng mukha ni Luther sa akin. I felt my heart pounting.

"And where do you think you're going, kitten?" Mahina nitong sabi, hindi pa rin mawala-wala ang galit sa kanyang tono.

Akmang aatras ay mabilis nyang hinawakan ang aking braso dahilan upang napangiwi ako. "I.. I think you're right, I'm tired as well, kaya bukas na lang natin pag-usapan ang tungkol sa divorce natin." After I said that I awkwardly laugh ngunit napatigil ako ng mas hinigpitan nya ang pagkakahawak sa akin.

"Mention that thing again, and you'll surely regret it." He emphatically stated with it's threatening tone.

Sinubukan kong umalis mula sa pagkakahawak nya ngunit mas hinigpitan nya pa ito.

I glared at him. "Luther you're hurting me." Mariin kong sabi.

I just received a smirk from him. "Luther? My name sounds so good when it comes from you." He said playfully.

Hindi na ako natutuwa.

"Stop this bullshit, and let go of me." Nanggagalaiti kong usal.

I tried to calm my temper bacause I don't want to kill this thing infront of me.

Luther just let out a deep chuckle, for a second, I find it hot. "My kitten now learned how to cuss? How should I kill that fucker who influenced you?" Nakangiting sabi nito, a terrifying one.

No one influenced me bastard! Masyado ba talagang mabait si Amara kaya nakakabigla na malamang nagmumura ito?

I tried to break free from his grip but as always, he just tightened it more.

"Nasasaktan ako! It's harassment!" I tried scaring him using law, pero parang wala sigurong batas dito sa kanila. He didn't let go of me.

His face darkened. "You don't know how much I controlled myself not to go near you, and it's fucking killing me. Gusto kong lapitan at patahanin ka sa tuwing nakikita kitang umiiyak, you don't know  how much I controlled myself not to kill my brother whenever you're with him, laughing and spending time together. I wanted to kill those fucking Concubines whenever they hurt you. I tried to prevent myself from getting you and making you mine because I know it'll just put you in danger. And now you're planning to leave me? I.. I can't let you do that. I can't live without you and you know that. Mamamatay ako Yvaine. I can't imagine my life without you. You're being cruel baby."
