How to handle a frantic woman with hardly any blood?
Well, there is one step. You don't because they lack blood in their system and a rush of adrenaline will either make them light-headed or pass out. In this case, it was the latter.
"Ma'am, please calm down."
Donnie spoke in a soft tone and made it very clear he wanted to bring her no harm. Her diluted vision and heavy head made her screams dial down to moans and whimpers. She did not want to be here.
She didn't speak, probably because she didn't have the right words to.
Donnie sighed and grabbed a clipboard. He needed to make sure her outburst didn't cause further problems. He clicked his pen and looked up at Eleanor's mother. Her breathing was unstable and ragged. He expected that she was half dead laying on his medical table.
"Ok," he started, keeping his voice at a low tone. She slowly sat up and immediately regretted it. "Ugh, my head," she groaned, her words slurred together. She traced her fingers along the bandages. "Can I help move you to a place more comfortable? Promise you won't scream?" he asked. He put the clipboard to the side.
She looked at him was a blank stare as if trusting him was the right thing to do. It was a giant talking turtle, her reaction was completely reasonable. At least, she thought so. She looked him up and down before groaning and nodded. Damn this pain.
Donnie moved her to a rolling chair and made sure she was comfortable. "Now then, what is your name?" he asked sitting in his seat and picking the clipboard back up. She looked at him massaging her temples. "Look, it's still coming back to me, you saved me. I'm grateful but I really need to get my husband and daughter back. I have to find them. If his business partner wants him this bad that certainly isn't good." she explained. "I understand, but I need to do a check-up to make sure you aren't in pain. Your outburst could have injured you further." Donnie retaliated.
Eleanor's mother looked up at Donnie wondering why he'd be so inconsiderate. She wanted to address his rudeness but stopped herself. There were bags under his eyes, heavy bags. He was sleep-deprived. She'd seen that on her husband so she knew to just go along. She sighed and said, "Mia Fitts. My name is Mia Fitts. I'm 36 years old, I'm half Asian half white, my husband is Hugo Fitts and my daughter is Eleanor Fitts." she explained. Donnie smiled and started jotting stuff down. "Thank you, now how are your injuries?"

Eleanor shifted in her sleep moving closer to Leo as Autumn adjusted himself between the two. Leo extended his legs and wrapped his arm tighter around Eleanor.
Mikey opened the door to ask Leo if Eleanor was hungry but stopped himself noticing the two asleep. He quietly closed the door and walked away.
"What was he doing?" Raph asked having seen Mikey open Leo's door. "Sleeping with Eleanor. He hasn't slept in a while and I'm not waking him up." Mikey stated. Raph looked over at the door and sighed. Mikey was right, Leo hadn't slept in a while. With the amount of training, patrol, and new enemies Leo hasn't slept much. Raph had seen him run off three hours of sleep for two weeks before collapsing from exhaustion.
Raph would have Mikey blackmail Leo but with the current situation they were in, he put it to the back of his mind.
Eventually, that cat she owned left the room and to the kitchen where a loud Mikey greeted it with such happiness. "Hello Kitty, are you hungry?"
