Reyna's POV
I watch as I choke away under Pete's iron grasp around my neck, while Patrick read my journal his face changed from sympathy to shock. But when he looked at me his eyes were blazing like a fire of anger about to burn my life to ashes. I look down to see the page I had written out about Patrick and his band.
He looks back down in the book and then back up at me, "What the hell is this? I thought you weren't going to look for the vampire that killed your parents. You lied to me Rey!"
"I. Can. Explain," I chocked out tears streaming out of my eyes before I could stop them. I haven't seen him this mad in a long time, not after the accident.
"You better start talking," He glares at me like I killed someone, suddenly Pete dropped me from his chokehold, I desperately gasped for breath feeling the rush of sweet oxygen fill my lungs once again, Patrick started talking again but in a dark tone, "or I can give you to Pete and he can do what he likes."
And with that he left with Pete following him, of course, but Joe and Andy stayed back. Joe gave me a sorry look and left. Andy left and came back a few minutes later with a plate of pizza. And tried to comfort me until Patrick called him into the basement. I ate very little even though I loved pizza, and cried myself to sleep.

Pete's POV
Trick called Andy to a meeting in the basement. Once he made it down everyone started talking about Reyna. Until I yelled at everyone to be quite, they looked at me surprised. I started talking, "We have to know if Reyna's a spy for Beckett," the name rolled off my tongue like poison, "we should find out what she is hiding from us-"
"She would never do that! She swore revenge against vampires that hurt the innocent, and that was over six years ago! She would never team up with William!" I look around then room to find the voice that objected me. It was Patrick.
"But Pat listen-" I start.
"Don't you dare call me Pat!" He screamed, standing up and glared at me, "she wouldn't hurt any innocent people. I bet she hates William more then us after all she does know who Brendon and Spencer are. She will talk in her own time. And that is final!" He sits back down with a sigh and starts sobbing. And guilt washed over me, I had blamed his old friend for lying to him, what kind of person am I? I ask myself but I know the answer, a monster.

Reyna's POV
I wake up just before midnight. I wince in pain as I move my neck, feeling it to see if the bruises are bad, they aren't too bad but hurt like hell. I get up slowly rubbing my eyes, grabbed my iPod and duffel bag. I head to the kitchen to find a note on the fridge that reads,
Reyna,
We have gone hunting see you in a little bit. Help yourself to some food while we're gone. Look around if you want to.
'Trick
How sweet of him, I say to myself. Chuckling I drop my bag and grab a left over slice of pizza and warm it up. I start blaring my iPod with this new band I found called My Chemical Romance, they were really good, the song that came up was a little song called, Welcome to the Black Parade. When the timer bleeps, I get up to grab the pizza out of the microwave and bite into it. But in the process I burnt my tongue, "shit!" I mumble to myself before grabbing a glass of cold water and gulping it down.
I start to hear the boys laughing as they strut in, but when they see me they just stop and glare. I just ignore them and continue eating my lava pizza. Pete sits down next to me glaring, as usual. He then looks at my iPod smirking to Patrick, "Oh look Trick we have a fan girl." I look down at my iPod to find it on, Dead on Arrival. But Pete keeps going, "Oh Patrick I love you even though I left you for dead while I travelled the world," he made a fangirl girl impression and gave me a pouty face, lower lip sticking out.
That's it! I think to myself snatching a bottle of holy water and smashing it on Pete's hands. I grab my bag and ran to my bike, with Pete screaming as he pulls glass shards out of his hand and Patrick calling my name. But I ignore them, put my helmet on and drive as far away from the warehouse as possible.
Screw these effing vampires. Screw my life. Screw Patrick! I wish I never came back! I drive into the city and hear a scream. I stop to find a woman surrounded by people who look like rejects from early 20th century Britain.
A/N: Sorry British people reading, that's what I think they look like. And I'm sticking to that.
"Hey! Leave her alone!" I shout, they suddenly turn around, and all I see are fangs glinting in the moonlight. Oh shit I've done it now! I think to myself pulling a stake out of my duffle bag.
"Oh look a new one, the prey thinks she is tough with a little pointed wooden stick," he gives me a devilish grin, "I bet she doesn't even know what it does." They start cackling.
"Well for your information, I know that this stick can do this," and with that I launch the stake at the lead vampire hitting him right where his heart should have been. I take another stake out of my bag, a smirk crawls across my face when I realize that they are shocked.
One of them steps forward kneeling down to touch his clanmate saying shocked, "Y-you killed M-M-Matt, Master will not be happy. You will pay for this!" And he jumps toward me hissing. I just side step and stab him with the stake.
"Anyone else want to see what I can do?" Everyone except one run back into the darkness. The last one looks oddly familiar, and then I stutter, B-Brendon!"
"Hello Rey long time no see, I wish I could chat but my Master wants you dead. Good by old friend." He said and he attacks, I manage to put up a good fight but he pins me down.
And I feel the myself chocking me, what is up with the chocking? My vision is going black. Until I hear a scream from Brendon as he lets go of my throat, air filling up my lungs. My vision returns to see Patrick holding his gun, I grin at him and he grins back.
"Turn around!" I hear him yell.
But it's too late I turn around to see Brendon tackle me reaching for my neck. The we wrestle around for a bit but then my old friend gives a high pitched shriek as the sun peaks over the roof tops of the apartments. He lets go and runs away.
Patrick runs up to me helping me up. "Are you ok?" He asks me.
"Yes I'm fine, but I need to take my bike back. I can meet you at the warehouse and I will explain everything. I promise," I reply giving him a sad smile.
"Ok Rey but promise me this. Don't ever leave me again! No matter what happens we are going down swinging." He exclaims and started to cry, "I thought I lost you not for years, but for good!"
I just smile at him, and walk over to my bike pick my bag up and drive off to the warehouse.
