Fiona knew she was becoming a popular actress, but she always figured she was something contemporary for the younger generation. Among other celebrities she was nothing. So when Michael invited her and the girls to go to his house for an aftershow party, she thought she almost fainted. Aria and Lili were looking at her to make the decision almost expectantly. She didn't know how they expect her to keep her cool after she was just fangirling and rocking out for over an hour to that amazing concert.
She falters for a moment before smirking and saying, "Sure, we love a good party," before sending a slight glare at those two.
"I'll DM you the address, but the boys need to clean themselves up a bit before," Crystal said as the others cheered at her response.
Calum's POV
Holy Fuck. Calum's mind can't wrap around the fact that three celebrities came to watch out concert. And not just randomly, but as actual fans. He gets out of the shower and puts on a fresh pair of clothes before being ready to head off to party.
"Where's the girls?" Calum asked aloud to no one in particular as the trio of celebrities not in the room where they were previously.
"Relax, they left before so we all don't get bombarded at once," Mike answers with a grin on his face.
"Why wouldn't I be relaxed? I don't care that much."
"Really, because you couldn't keep your eyes off of Fiona Rivers," Ashton replies, nudging him.
"Don't act like you guys weren't surprised that she was here either," He tried to justify.
Calum wasn't lying technically. Her being a fan is incredible enough. Taking time out of her busy career to come see them live? A miracle. But her wanting to party with them was something else.
"Yeah but there were two other celebrities just as famous and you wouldn't stop staring at her like she was the most beautiful thing to walk the Earth," Luke teases.
"Well he's not totally wrong. Girl is more gorgeous in person," Sierra adds.
"Yeah, well I find you so much prettier," Luke smiles, kissing her on the forehead, making Calum's eyes roll and walk off.
"It seems Cal is disagreement," Ash laughs.
"Fine, yes, she's fucking beautiful. That's obvious so there's no need to give me shit 'bout it."
"Sorry Cal, didn't mean to tense you up. It's just- with the break up, we figured Fiona River's presence alone would cheer you up a bit since you were so into her," Ashton says to his best friend.
"I don't need cheering up. And it doesn't matter if I'm 'into her' or not, she ain't gonna go for me," Calum says, putting his headphones on in the van, ending the conversation.
Naturally though, Calum was in fact cheered up by Fiona Rivers' presence alone. Not that he would admit it, because that would mean he's been down about his break up for the past few weeks. Hell, it was almost a month. And of course he was into her. He has been since 2018 when she showed up late to the Teen Choice Awards where she was literally winning awards both with her cast mates and alone. She was the last to arrive in a vintage t-shirt, denim skirt, and shades. For some reason, Calum just felt so drawn in by that action alone, even when everyone else viewed it as irresponsible and unprofessional.
But with the actress within 100 feet of him, he was even more drawn in then before. Even more so than when just his hands barely grazing her back when they had what Calum would consider the lightest hug he ever had. Fiona looked so much lighter than just a mere hour and a half ago. Two or three drinks loosening her up and she became more chatty and giggly. Not drunk just happy and a little tipsy. She looked so much more approachable. So with a drink or two in Calum's system, that's exactly what he did.
