• Baby shifters. Don't overcomplicate shifting. Sure, these 10-15 steps methods may work for some people and seem really cool, but you don't really need them in order to shift. This can cause some over implications, however this may not always be the case but it does happen. Remember that methods do not shift you. You do. It's all about belief. You do not, and I repeat, you do not need methods to shift. The simple law of assumption, visualisation and intentions work just the same. If you need a method or guide, do whatever you need to do to shift. Please don't rely on methods tho.

• Don't see shifting as a fantasy or as an unattainable goal, 'real life' instead of CR. This can cause you to believe that 'shifting is not real', 'shifting is a fantasy', 'it's impossible', gain some doubts, blockages etc. Just don't make this mistake, when you're shifting, you're shifting to a whole other reality. Your consciousness is shifting to your desired reality, this means you are no longer in your CR, so you can't 'wake up'(but you can come back) from your desired reality. It's not a dream, or anything like it, actually. It's real, the people are real, everything is completely real. It's nothing like a dream.

• Shifting is a journey, yes, I know you're probably tired of seeing this but it's true, it doesn't matter if your shifting journey is a couple of days, a week, a month etc. The whole process of shifting is just a journey. There is the finding out, the research, the growth, the character development, the realisations, the methods, the experiments, the spiritual growth, self reflections, the self concept... This is why shifting is, and will always be a journey. It's a process of growth and a lot of it.

• Step out of your comfort zone, yes that's right, experiment with things you've never done before, do things you have never thought about doing. The sooner you do this, the better. This will help with letting go of anxieties surrounding shifting, or the anxiety of being in a new place, in another reality. Also if you are worried about this you can script that everything is familiar and comfortable
Examples:
"My loved ones and I are always safe and protected in every possible way"
"I am free of any possible trauma"
"I am free of dying or becoming extremely injured"
