Chapter 38

Taylor's POV

"We have something to tell you guys" Kim said as she held my hand everyone's attention was now on us.

"We're having a baby!" I said everyone looked at us in shock but it soon wore off and they broke out in mutters saying congratulations and asking questions"

"Oh my god that's amazing when did you guys decide " Grace asked

"Congratulations you two" Brian and Zaden said getting up to give us one big hug

"Finally now you get to be restless like the rest of us" Alex said causing us all to laugh she then got up to hug Kim then me stepping back to smile at me after.

"No but seriously I'm proud of you and I can't wait to see the life you two build together" Alex said giving us a big warm smile I smiled back

The next few minutes was spent with everyone asking questions and me and Kim answering them.

"Yes we used a donor" Kim said answering one of Graces questions

"I'm so happy for you two I can't wait" Grace said smiling big.

"We can't wait either" I said smiling sweetly at Kim

Yeah I wasn't sure about the whole baby thing at first but now that it's happening I can't help but to be over joyed and happy about it, I mean sure I still have my doubts but none of which are going to stop me form having this baby with Kim and starting our own happy little life together.

Alex's POV

After our little get together everyone then went home the kids were all home from school and it was pretty late.

I walked into the living room where Grace was cleaning up the snacks and wine glasses that was left after everyone left.

"Hey love I can do that" I said to her she looked up

"It's fine I got it" she said as she struggled to hold all the cups I walked over to her placing my hands over her full ones "let me you look exhausted you should go to bed" I said but Grace being her stubborn self shook her head no. "I can't I have to put Danny in the tub and tuck him in he wants a bedtime story and-" she was about to say but I cut her off "I'll do all of that you just go to bed you have a wife now Grace your not alone anymore you don't have to do this alone anymore" I said Reassuring her in the best way I knew how.

She gave in smiling at my words I then grabbed the cups from her before giving her a kiss on the forehead she smiled "Ok but hurry to bed ok?" She said

"I will" I said as she gave me one last smile before walking away i sighed looking around our living room smiling at the little things the kids had left around the house like Danny's toy man , Hayden's headphones, Joseph's books or Jacobs shoes when I see these things I think about the life I've builded for myself and how amazing the rest of it with them is going to be. Giving the room one last look over I then took the cups to the kitchen setting them in the dishwasher before going upstairs to get Danny ready for bed.

I went into his room where he was playing with his toys "Ok big man it's time to get ready for bed" I said Danny pouted and I smiled

"I know I know it's the worst thing ever" I said picking him up and tickling his little belly he giggled the whole way to the bathroom. After his bathroom I put him in his dinosaur pajamas and put him in the bed Of course he reminded me that he wanted me to read him a bed time story so I did.

I went to the dresser and grabbed his favorite book the one about the little red truck. As I sat down on the bed next to him I noticed someone standing to the side by the door way that someone being Jacob. I acted as if I didn't spot him and continued cuddling in next to Danny.

"You can come in you know" I said not looking up from the book Jacob was shocked even though I had not looked up from the book I could tell by how I heard the sound of hesitant foot steps

"I'm sorry I was just going to get a glass of water but I heard you voice and-" he tried explaining himself but I cut him off I could tell that he was lying but something told me it was a reason why he lied "Wanna come in me and Danny here we're just about the crack open this super cool book about this super awesome red truck" I said with a goofy smile on my face he nodded his head yeah and I scooted over to make room for him to sit on the other side of me leaving me in the middle of both Danny and Jacob. Danny laid his head on my arm while I opened the book and began the red.

"Once upon a time"

10 minutes later

Just half way through the books the boys had fell asleep on me which I didn't mind because they were both so cute I climbed out of be softly being sure not to wake them before putting the covers over the both of them and giving them both a big good night kiss on the forehead.

I walked to the door taking one last look at their Peaceful sleeping faces before flicking the light out and leaving pulling up the door behind me.
