34.Sick and make up

Y/n's POV:

I woke up with a head and stomach ache and I honestly felt like shit. I look around and see white walls and wires attach to my body. What the hell happened?! Then the door opened revealing Manu and my dad. They look at me wide eyed before dad walk back out and Manu engulf me with a hug.

"You scared me bro, I'm glad you're okay." He said giving me a smile.

"What happened?" I ask. The door open again before Manu can reply. The doctor came in with my mum and dad then the woman who broke my heart.

"Glad to see you awake Y/n, how are you feeling?" The doctor asked.

"Like shit. What happened?" I ask again.

"You were rushed here two days ago. Alcohol poisoning, malnourished and mild hypothermia. Your also anemic and your body needs a lot or rest to recover from all that. I would also like to know when was the last time you ate?" The doctor said. I feel bad for what I did to myself but I can't do anything about it now.

"Uhm I don't know, I think it was breakfast from the last day I went to work." I said looking at Manu. He nodded as if confirming something. I avoided a pair of green eyes that I can feel staring at me.

"So that was like 6 days ago. I don't want to ask what caused you to skip meals, but I want to inform you that there's a possibility of eating problems for the next few days to months because it's been a long time since you had food and there's too much acid in your stomach." The doctor said giving me a sad smile. I sigh and nodded my head.

The doctor left after I beg him to release me today and prescribed me all the medicines and vitamins that I need. He only agreed to let me out when I promised to go home with my parents since he doesn't want to release me without anyone's supervision at home.

We are all settled now in the car to go home, Alycia on my side but we never exchange words and I avoided looking at her.

"Dad, you can drop me at my house. I only told the doctor I'm going home with you so I can leave the hospital." I said when My dad started driving.

"No Y/n, I can't have you living alone for now. You need to get better first." My mum said glaring at me.

"I promise I'll take care of myself. Please mum." I pleaded. I don't want to be a burden to them and I want to be alone.

"I'll make sure she's taking care of herself I promise." Manu said to my parents. Mum and dad looked at each other before mum nodded with a sigh. I sent Manu a grateful smile. Then we drove to my house in silence.

I sent my parents a last wave before they drove away from my house. Leaving Alycia, Manu and I alone. I honestly don't know how this thing with Alycia would go.I miss her a lot that's for sure, but she fucking broke me. She still hasn't spoken a word to me and I'm grateful for that because I don't know what should I say to her. I know I should let her explain but all I want right now is to rest.

"Y/n you don't have food here, I'll go buy some things, do you need anything?" Manu said when we all go inside my house. Alycia sat on the sofa fiddling with her hands.

"No, I'm good. I think I'll just take a nap." I said. He nodded at me before he left. Making the house tense. I stood up to get some water then I heard Alycia's voice for the first time today.

"Can we talk?" She asked quietly. Should I talk to her now? I'm still upset about the situation and I don't want to say some things I'll regret later.

"I'm tired, maybe next time." I said not glancing at her then left her in the living room. I know I'm hurting her right now but it's better than to talk to her with my head still unclear.
