You opened your eyes wide, your breathing was rapid, and your heart was beating in your ribs. Your emerald green eyes moved intensely, looking around for any change or danger. Your hands touched the ground beneath you, the roots and grass of the tree of souls in front of which you sat and did your morning meditation.

Someone is here.

You quickly got to your feet and headed to Hometree, the home of the Omaticaya clan. You didn't even stop to catch your breath until you reached the roots of the giant tree. You stopped in your footsteps when you saw your little sister walking unhappily, with an indignant expression on her face, where your parents were.

With a small sigh, you approached more slowly so as not to arouse suspicion in the other na'vi. The closer you got, the better you hear the conversation.

-"Are they on our territory again, even though we have made it clear that they are not welcome?" your father asked, looking with the same displeased look.

-"No, only one has crossed our borders deeper." Neytiri replied with poison in her voice.

-"What do you suggest daughter? You know our opinion about dreamwalkers."

-"I'll take riders with me, Olo'eyktan, and we'll find him and kill him." Tsu'tey called, interrupting your sister to explode.

You prayed that your father would reject the idea of your future mate, or at least make him promise not to kill him, but even today your pleas were not heard.

-"Very well, Tsu'tey, I allow you to take more riders with you."

The warrior just nodded, ready to leave until your voice was heard. The eyes fell on you as you walking towards them.

-"Father, can I go with them?" you asked, being careful how you sound so that the nervousness in your voice is not heard.

-"(Y/n)." your father and Tsu'tey turned to you.

-"Sister." you heard Neytiri greet you as approaching you.

-"Why all of a sudden? What do you want to see?" Eytukan asked, squinting at you.

-"I think it's good to leave him alive to be questioned. We need to know why he and his comrades are in our territory again." you kept your posture calm with your hands behind your back to show that you were serious about it.

-"I don't think it's worth questioning him, I saw him a while ago, he's like a baby learning to walk on our lands. A novice." your sister said, unfortunately for you. Your father looked at Neytiri then at you, considering your words and hers.

-"Okay, (Y/n), I let you go, but I want this dreamwalker dead without further ado. And Tsu'tey..."

-"She will ride a pa'li beside me with the other riders. I assure you (Y/n) will be safe with me." the warrior replied.

-"I never doubted you, Tsu'tey." Olo'eyktan turned to the three of them. -"Now take a squad and find this dreamwalker."

-"I'll find him first, I know where I last saw him, he's hardly gone far." Neytiri said with racing fire in her eyes to Tsu'tey. It was a challenge he could not refuse.

-"Very well, Neytiri, who first takes his head is the winner." he replied with a sly smile, and hurried to the place where the pa'lis were.

Your father left, most likely returning to your mother. Neytiri would also quickly going to follow the other man, but you grabbed her by the shoulder, turning her to you.
