AFTER saying goodbye to everyone it was finally just you and albedo. walking home together the sun was beginning to set, covering the landscape in an orange hue. you had to confess today. it was now or never. though finding the perfect time was the problem

while walking home you saw that the playground was empty since most children would be at home by now. ironically, it was the park where you went with klee after you met her for the first time. such time had passed since then, now she thinks of you like an older sister

"i don't really wanna go home just yet"

"sure, me neither"

opening the gates and entering the playground a sense of nostalgia washed over you, it had been ages since you stepped in here, let alone played in one as well. letting out a small laugh the inner kid in you came out as you dropped your bag on the floor and ran towards the climbing frame

seeing you do this, albedo slightly laughed as well and soon followed you, placing his belongings down beside yours

the two of you played around for sometime. you played a game of tag where you were convinced that albedo was purposely letting himself get tagged by you, but you chose to not point it as if you did, you'd never be able to lay a hand on him if he started playing properly

the sun had now fully set and the stars were beginning to come out, it was a clear sky so you could see all the visible constellations. sitting on the swings with albedo to the right swinging back and fourth slightly, you looked towards the stars and took in a deep breath
