You don't, but go off

Mermista had let them in, reluctantly.

For that reason, Catra expected Seahawk to be on his death bed, pale faced and ill.

Instead, he was waving his fist around, or rather, his hook.

"Adventure!" He shouted from his hospital bed.

Catra met Adoras gaze, seeing that they were both thinking the same thing.

What?

"Catra!" He said, running up to her. His step faltered, but he caught himself.

He walked the rest of the distance.

"Seahawk," she said steadily, "how are you?"

"I'm great, or I'm becoming great. I have hook now." He said, flashing it.

"I see. About that, Seahawk I'm..."

"Catra, you saved my life. For that I am grateful. Who needs hands anyway? I will be twice as dangerous now, a hook and a sword! Although I have to learn to use my other hand for swordfighting... it is but a roadblock!"

Catra held back tears.

It was better than she imagined.

Seahawk was fine

And he didn't hate her.

"Why is Mermista still out there?" Adora asked.

"She's certain I'll hurt myself, so she's keeping me here."

"Oh. Do you want us to... distract her?"

"Later. She's nice when I pretend to be worse than I am. Last night she brought me a slice of cheesecake. Who knows what I can get if I keep this up." He raised an eyebrow, winking at Catra.

"And that's our cue to leave. Thanks for everything, Seahawk. You truly are an adventurer."

"I would do it again in a heartbeat." He said.

They left him in his bed, Mermista falling for his antics and going to treat him.

"Anyone else to see?" Adora asked.

"Yes," Catra answered, "but I honestly don't think I have it in me."

"You want to go for a nap?" Adora asked.

"Is this an Adora nap or a Catra nap?"

"Whats the difference?"

"Well if I recall, your version involves a lot less sleeping."

"Interesting. Yet you seem to end up on me if I remember correctly."

"You don't, but go off."

Adora chuckled, taking Catra's hand.

"Guess we better lay down and see what happens."

"Guess we should." Catra agreed, swishing her tail with anticipation.

She wasn't kidding about being tired, but Adora had taken a lot of naps recently.

So she figured She-ra had enough energy for the both of them.

She figured correctly.

Sorry this is short but I wanted to give something since I didn't get a holiday chapter. More soon xoxo
