Camilo, Dolores, Mirabel, and I were playing truth or dare.

"(name) truth or dare?" Mirabel asked.

"I'll say dare,"

"Tell us an embarrassing story!"

"Okay the embarrassing story I have is my first kiss one, okay so I was 14 and I decide to play 7 minutes in heaven at a party and I was pared with the jock kid...and I said 'hey this is my first kiss, so I don't know what I'm doing.' AND BOY GRABBED MY SHOULDERS AND PUT HIS TOUGE IN MY MOUTH...and I puked on him! and that isn't even the worst part. THE WORST PART IS THAT THE DOOR OPENED AS I WAS PUKING AND PEOPLE WERE RECORDING. I cried for hours that night!" I explained I heard Camilo wheezing "You probably haven't kissed anyone!" I yelled at him. "Ye-yeah I have!" He tried saying. "Liar!" Dolores whispered. 'Okay so I'm waiting for the right person,"

"Anyways Dolores truth or dare?" I asked her

"Truth,"

"Is true you like your cousin's ex-fiance?"

The room went silent. "Isabela didn't like him anyway," Mirabel admitted.

Dolores turned to her brother "Truth or dare" She asked with a smirk

"Who do you like?" She asked with a smirk like she knew something we didn't.

"ah I'm only going to say it loud enough for you to hear," Camilo said covering his mouth with his hand. "Yes, I knew it! you should tell them!" Dolores told her younger sibling. "I can't they probably don't like me like that," Camilo said looking down. "Milo anyone would be more than lucky to have you, okay?" I told him putting my hand on top of hers. "Thank you," milo smiled at me. WoW did you look like that before? "Ah anyways ask someone a question," I said quickly taking my hand off of theirs.

"Do you believe in love at first sight?"

"My mom believed in that kind of stuff but I don't know if I do she told me the story about her and my dad, how she knew at first sight that he was the one."

"Well I hope you find the one for you," Camilo said their smile not being as big as it was before.

"Thanks"

"We should watch a horror movie!" Mirabel told me shaking my arm. "No, you should not!" Camilo said. "Ohh that would be fun!" I said. "I'm in"

Everyone agreed but Camilo. "Fine but if I got scared I'm clinging onto you," They told me. "That's okay!" I said Camilo, helped me to the couch. "I heard Hereditary was good," Dolores told us. "Oh yeah! I watched it and it's good!" I pulled up the movie. I had started to movie and Camilo had put his head on my shoulder and hugged me during the scary parts of the movie. At the end of the movie, his head was buried into my side and I was holding his hands. "Hey, it's over Milo," I whispered to him. "Finally!" Camilo yelled. "shh people are trying to sleep," Mirabel throw a pillow at him. "oh sorry Mirabel," He whispered.

"Want to go on the roof?" I asked Camilo. "We can get on your roof?" He asked. "Well I haven't tried yet but I think so, there is a roof that we can get you through my window, come on!" I stood up and the pain in my ankle was slowly getting less. "Should we really be doing this? I mean your ankle and what if something happens?" Camilo asked. "Hey, stop worrying about me!" I said knocking on my door then opening it. "Why did you knock?" Camilo asked "Habit I had since I was a little kid that never went away," I told him opening the window. "See nice stable roof," I told him climbing out my window stepping on the flat roof. "Okay if you say so," He stepped out with me. I played music on my phone and sat down looking over the town. Camilo sat down next to me I put my head on their shoulder.

Nothing by Bruno mars came on "Ahh! I love this song" I said out loud. "I learned how to play this on my guitar a couple of months ago," Camilo told me. "Really? I play the Ukulele in a band with my friends... I would love to hear you play sometime,"

"Really?!"

"Yeah"

"When you were talking about your mom earlier you uses past tense...Is she gone now?"

"Yeah, while giving birth to the twins she died... while giving birth to Ashton the doctors didn't think he was going to make it... I almost lost them both that day," I told Camilo he grabbed my face and whipped away my fallen tears. "I'm so sorry, Mi Amor" Camilo said pulling me into a hug. I hugged him back we stilled like that for a while.

until we heard a meow at my window and saw Ally there. he jump out of the window and laid down on my lap. As I pet behind Ally's ears, one of Camilo's arms still holding me close. I felt my eyes getting heavy then nothing but I could have sworn I heard "Te Quiero"
