For many, water was about life and rebirth, it was cleansing and washing away the suffering the cold and unforgiving world seemed to put its warriors through, but for Kaz water is death – it was what took his brother, and it was would leave the eyes of Laura when she cried.
In the heist of the century that Kaz putting himself and all his crew members through, all he could think was about going back home, with or without the money. He wanted everybody safe and he wanted his daughter; he wanted his possible lover to come into his arms and tell him he did a good job and he could rest now, that he could learn how not to be a monster, just humans for once.
But first, he needs to survive it.
