"Get out before anyone sees you," I ignored his question as I placed the hem down and faced him.

Zen shook his head before walking up next to me. "Let me heal you."

"No," I kept my voice down as I walked away but flinched as my wound started to throb.

"Y/N!" He whispered shouted. "You're bleeding!"

I sat on the edge of my bed before looking through a cabinet I had on my nightstand.

"Grab me my first aid kit in the bathroom, and I promise you I'll explain everything," I said as I grabbed some Advil.

He hesitated but then obliged. I didn't have any water with me so I swallowed the pills without it.

Zen teleported in front of me with the kit. "You have exactly ten seconds to explain to me why I shouldn't heal you at this very moment!"

I opened the box as I started to explain, "When Slenderman returns and the proxies think about me getting shot. He'll probably check up on me. I can't have my wound be all healed up because A, I'm mortal and B he may suspect I've been associating myself with you."

I grabbed the thread and the needle before looking at his reaction. He nodded in understatement before sighing and sitting down on the floor.

"That's right, I'm sorry. I was just worried if Slenderman or Zalgo did that to you."

I was about to suture my wound until I remembered Zen was observing me.

"So what brings you here," I asked as I started stitching myself.

"How are you not flinching?" He panicked as he saw me stitching myself.

"Training," I answered as I paid close attention to it. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Zen look away.

"Sometimes I don't miss being human."

"Yeah well, it sucks when you can't naturally heal yourself in a few seconds."

I was almost done before he looked back at me, "Where did old tentacle man go?"

I silently chuckled at the nickname he used before cutting the string. "He's on a mission so I'm in charged."

"Mission huh? What kind of mission? I'm surprised he's doing it and not making you or the proxies do it for him."

I placed my hoodie back before answering, "He said something about a weapon. You still haven't answered my question though, why are you here?"

I was about to get up and place the box away but Zen beat me to it.

As soon as he teleported back to sit next to me at the edge of my bed, he answered, "I haven't seen you in forever so I wanted to pop in and check up on you. When is Slenderman coming back?"

"In a few days," I answered.

"What if I slightly heal you? It'll be enough that the wound shouldn't reopen that easily but not so fully healed if you get what I mean. It'll make training with the pastas easier."

I furrowed my eyebrows, "How do you know I was training with them?"

He let out a nervous chuckle as he scratched the back of his head. "I may or may not have teleported into the forest and saw you demonstrating some moves to the pastas. They were impressive might I add."

I was about to yell at him before I remembered that Sally and the Slender brothers were across my room. "Do you know what kind of danger you placed yourself in?"

He nodded. "I only stayed there for like a minute or two before teleporting to your room. When I heard footsteps I teleported to your bathroom but then I saw you so I knew it was safe to come out."
