The Eels

(POV:Ares)

I gasped in surprise that I had actually admitted it, in front of father no less. He looked at me beyond shock and mumbled a 'No!' in surprise.

-"Have you lost your senses completely?!"

-"She's a human! You're a merman!"

-"I don't care!"

-"So help me Ares, I'm going to get through to you!"

-"And if this is the only way, so be it!"

He blew up the grotto, destroying everything in his sight. He destroyed everything, every last thing until he pointed his trident at her statue. I yelled at him to stop and ran to take the trident over but once I had separated from the statue he blew it up.

I sat on the rock with my back facing him. Sebastian came to comfort me but I threw him out along with Flounder. The silence was there for a short amount of time until two voices whose I didn't recognize came in.

-"Poor child, poor sweet child"

-"He has a very serious problem"

-"If only there was something we could do"

-"But there is something..."

-"Who...Who are you?"

-"We represent two special someone's who can help you"

-"Who can make all your dreams come true"

-"Just imagine, you and your princess, together forever"

-"I don't understand, who wants to help me?"

-"Ursula and her son Ursel have great powers"

-"The sea witch and wizard?"

-"Why, that's...I couldn't possibly..."

-"No! Get out of here! Leave me alone!"

-"Suit yourself"

-"That was only a suggestion" they knocked a piece of Y/n's statue to me. Her face was still full, it was probably the only part that hadn't fully shattered like the rest.

Looking at it made me want to ask for the sea witch and wizards help. Father hated me, Sebastian was no help and my sisters had their own life here, everyone is happy except me. So I called after them.

I have pre-finals tomorrow I'm super scared. The good thing is I don't have school on Friday so I'll post two chapters and post the cover of the Christmas Story/Special!
