When it comes to asking permission to hold hands and maybe even steal a quick kiss. Steve is always a gentle man and doesn't try to push or rush Bucky into things he's not comfortable with. And Bucky really appreciates that and sometimes wishes he could do more for Steve, but Steve has told him time and time again he is all Steve could ever want in life because he is the others everything. just like Steve is Bucky's everything, even if Bucky doesn't realize it yet.
