16. Curious friends

Y/n's POV:

It has been a few months after my first date with Alycia and we're doing great! We go out whenever she's free. I think we did at least 5 dates already but we're still not official. I am still thinking of ways to ask her, I want it to be special like she is. She told me about his co-worker that still asking her to go out, apparently he's not gonna stop until he see evidence that Alycia is not available anymore. Just you wait buddy! Oh and I still didn't have my first kiss, bummer I know but it didn't feel right for me until we are official.

I have an interview today with Manu, it's the same interview that you can read in a magazine but they decided to record it today and be broadcast on TV. It's mostly business talk and some personal things about us, after all we're still two of the most eligible bachelor here and the U.S.

Interviewer: So is there any big projects that you guys have now or will be having in the future?

Manu: We're planning to help build houses for the homeless in africa, we got sponsors already so it will be starting by next year.

Interviewer: That's amazing guys! and over the past years, your project concepts are all related to nature, are you sticking to that or they'll be changes now?

me: I think we will stick to that. I love nature.As a designer, if I can find a way to save a tree,I'll do it, I like to design green buildings, aside from aesthetics, it has a lot of advantages and I'd like too keep my part in preventing climate change even if it's a small help.

After a talking business, we are now answering personal questions.

Interviewer: Manu, we know you're not single for almost three years now. How's the relationship going?

Manu: It's going great! I'm so happy and contented for what I have now.

Interviewer: It's good to hear that. How about you Y/n, for all the four years that we asked you, your answer is always the same, did that change now?

me: Yes, I'm seeing someone now.She makes me the happiest I've ever been.

Interviewer: Oh it's a she? that's cool. Do we get a name?

me: No, I'm sorry, all you need to know is that she's the most amazing girl ever, well aside from my mum.

After that interview, we decided to go straight to the office because Manu is helping me plan my surprise tomorrow for Alycia. I'm gonna ask her to be my girlfriend, I hope she will say yes!

Alycia's POV:

I am currently hanging out with my childhood friends in Australia. It's my free day. Y/n said she have an interview today so we didn't get to see each other. I was preparing food in the kitchen when I hear my friend Georgia talking a little too loud.

"She is so pretty and smart ugh!" she said. I got curious so I asked from the kitchen who's she talking about.

"My crush! She's on TV! look at her! she's really nice too." she said with a sigh. I decided to see who's she talking about and I didn't expect what I see. She told me she have interview but she didn't tell me it was on TV!

"Oh my gosh, she's seeing someone now! and she's gay! That girl is so lucky!" She said while scoffing. Okay how did she know her?

"Uhm how do you know her?" I asked carefully.

"What do you mean? Y/n is all over Australia, she's a celebrity here. I guess you wouldn't know that because you are living in L.A when she got famous." she said while still looking at the TV.
I blushed when I heard Y/n say that I make her happy and I'm the most amazing girl ever, well I hope she's talking about me, because i'm gonna kill a bitch if she's dating someone else!
