// In Front of the Music Class //
They wore masks and waited on the footpath beside the music school.
After a few minutes, they saw Taehyung step out of a car. A middle-aged man leaned out and said, "Tae, today Jack will pick you up after class. He told me last night that he wants to enjoy the bus ride with you."
"Okay, Dad," Taehyung replied.
"Bye, son. Take care."
Mr. Kim drove away and Taehyung went inside the music class without noticing them.
Jee-min whispered to his best friend, "Now let's go to the stationery shop."
"Why?" Jungkook asked, confused.
Jee-min sighed. "Did you forget the excuse we used to come here alone?"
"Oh… right." Jungkook grinned like an idiot.
"How did he get first position in his previous school? Did he cheat? God knows…" Jee-min thought, rolling his eyes.
They walked to the stationery shop, bought materials for their project, and returned to wait outside the music class again.
Half an hour later, Taehyung came out. Jack still wasn't there. Taehyung checked his phone and then began walking towards the bus stop.
"I think Jack isn't coming," Jungkook said happily. "That's why he's going to the bus stop. And today he forgot to wear his mask."
Jee-min gulped nervously. "Don't tell me… you're planning to follow him by taking the bus?"
A mischievous smirk spread across Jungkook's face.
"You said twice today that you're smarter than me. And I agree—you know me very well. You read my mind."
"But Bunny… I've never ridden a bus in my life," Jee-min said nervously.
"So what, Jee-min-a? It's my first time too. Now come, before we miss the right bus."
He grabbed Jee-min's hand and dragged him towards the bus stop.

// At the Bus Stop //
They reached the stop. Jungkook casually walked over and stood beside Taehyung. Taehyung was busy scrolling his phone and didn't notice them.
After 10 minutes, the bus arrived. They got in.
Taehyung sat beside a man. Jungkook ended up two seats behind him, next to an elderly man. He felt disappointed that he couldn't sit near his crush. Jee-min sat at the back with all the project materials.
5 minutes later, the old man got off. Jungkook moved to the window seat and stared outside sadly.
Suddenly, someone sat next to him. He looked to his right—and froze.
Taehyung had changed seats.
The man beside Taehyung had been sleeping and kept leaning on him, so Taehyung had quietly moved—ending up right beside Jungkook.
Jungkook's heart flipped. He immediately turned towards the window to hide his happiness and took deep breaths to calm himself.
Taehyung put in his earphones and closed his eyes.
Jungkook kept sneaking glances at him.
After 11 minutes, Taehyung fell asleep—his head gently leaning onto Jungkook's shoulder.
Jungkook felt butterflies explode in his stomach. Taehyung's warm breath brushed against his neck, making him bite his lower lip to control his teenage hormones.
Since Taehyung wasn't wearing a mask, Jungkook removed his own too. He slowly took out his phone and began recording their first precious moment together.
He stared at Taehyung through the screen… then his gaze drifted to Taehyung's lips.
He stared without blinking. For the first time, he felt something heat up in the lower part of his belly—a strange, uncontrollable desire.
He suddenly wanted to kiss him.
Taehyung's warm breath made him impatient. Jungkook stopped the recording, shoved the phone back in his pocket, closed his eyes, and breathed deeply to control himself.
After a few minutes, he smelled the sweet fragrance of Taehyung's body. It mesmerized him. He wanted to touch Taehyung's face—kiss him deeply. Instead, he carefully took out his phone again and secretly clicked a few pictures.
But his happiness didn't last long.
The bus jerked over a bumper. Startled, Jungkook quickly hid his phone and pretended to sleep.
Taehyung woke up because of the jolt. He saw his head resting on a stranger's shoulder and immediately sat upright, embarrassed.
Jungkook smiled internally but kept his eyes shut. "Oh my God, I forgot to wear my mask! What do I do? I can't look at him now… I'll pretend to sleep," he panicked silently.
Meanwhile, Taehyung thought, "Thank God he's asleep. Otherwise, I'd die of embarrassment."
From the back, Jee-min watched the whole drama and smirked.
After 10 more minutes, Taehyung got off the bus.
Jungkook opened his eyes, jumped up, and hurried to get off—but the bus had already started moving. He begged the conductor to stop the bus. The conductor scolded him for sleeping on the bus before finally stopping.
Jungkook and Jee-min got off the bus. Jungkook immediately started running back in the direction Taehyung had gone, and Jee-min unwillingly ran after him.
Jungkook turned the corner and saw Taehyung buying a sandwich. Then he handed it to a poor elderly man sitting on the footpath.
A proud smile appeared on Jungkook's lips. The person he liked wasn't just beautiful outside—he had the heart of an angel.
Jee-min placed a hand on his soulmate's shoulder. "I'm proud of you, Bunny. You chose the right person. His heart is pure, beautiful, and innocent. That makes him more special than anyone."
Jungkook smiled softly.
They watched Taehyung walk through the footpath and enter the mansion.
Then they turned away, booked a taxi, and returned to the Min Mansion.
