It was a busy day today. Everyone was bustling around, waiting to talk to their parents. Ever since Raven got the radio to work, we had been letting people talk to their families, and letting others know that their child didn't make it. Luckily, I wasn't the one who had to break the news to them.
"Orion?" Clarke got my attention.
"Yeah?" I answered.
"Your, uh, your dad wants to talk to you," She told me. I swallowed nervously. He hadn't tried to contact me at all when I was arrested, why would he want to talk to me now?
"Okay," was all I said and I followed her into the dropship. I put the headset on and listened in.
"Orion?" I heard my father's voice ask.
"Yeah, I'm here," I replied dully.
"Thank god," He breathed out. "I wasn't sure if you were dead or not."
"Why would you care?" I snapped.
"Why wouldn't I?"
"I don't know," I say sarcastically. "Maybe it's because you never tried to get in touch with me when I was locked up, or maybe because you sent me down here to die in the first place?"
"Orion," He sighed, "I never meant to hurt you-"
"Save it," I interrupeted him. "I'm done talking to you. You know I'm alive, and Clarke will tell you if I'm not. Goodbye." I hung up the headset and walked outside, breathing deeply. "Someone else can go," I told Clarke. She nodded understandingly, and told a girl to go on in.
"You okay?" She checked on me.
I sighed, "Not really."
"It'll get better, I promise."
"I sure do hope so."
"Hey, I need a favor," Clarke said after some silence.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"Jaha told me about the bunker. Supposedly it has a lot of supplies we'll need for the winter. I've got to hold down the fort here. Think you could go check it out?" She asked. "Just, please. Don't go by yourself."
" 'Course, Clarke," I grinned and winked. "I gotcha covered."

"Bellamy!" I called, looking for him. I found him in the dropship, talking to Octavia. Well, more like arguing with her because she wouldn't leave.
"There you are," I say to him. He started to walk by me.
"The answer is still no, I'm not talking to Jaha," He snapped, and I stopped him.
"Hey, I wasn't coming to talk about that," I told him. Earlier that day, we had argued about him confessing to Jaha and apologizing. "The Ark found some old records that show a supply depot not too far from here."
"What kind of supplies?"
"The kind that might give us a chance to life through winter," I say. "Clarke wants me to go check it out, but she said not to go alone." I rolled my eyes. "So will you come?"
"I'll get my stuff," He agreed. "Meet you in ten." I nod and walk back out of the dropship.
I met up with Bellamy where we kept our food. He was grabbing a bunch of them and stuffing them in his bag.
"That's a lot of rations," I point out, grabbing a few of my own. "You realize this is a day trip, right?"
"A lot can happen in a day," Was his answer. I shrugged and grabbed my bow and quiver that held all my arrows, and we walked out of the camp.
