Hazel was contemplating where to hide.

Rachel was coming in fifteen minutes, and apparently wanted to apologize to all of them, but specifically Hazel.

She knew Rachel would check everywhere for her, and there was no hiding. She couldn't even stay in Frank's room, because apparently Will and Nyssa had taken over it, for reasons Hazel didn't want to find out.

She threw her denim jacket on overtop her purple shirt, realizing how cold it was, even in the school. She pulled on her fuzzy boots, tucking her jeans into them, and grabbed her glasses that she needed from time to time. She headed down to the cafeteria, where she knew Reyna and Piper were.

On her way there, she saw a poster or something on the wall, and paused, looking at it closer. It was Annabeth's school picture, with the words 'WANTED for the death of Lacy Lovell' written on it. Hazel tore it down angrily, tearing it up and throwing it in the garbage before continuing on her way.

Just as she was about to enter he caf, Hazel's phone rang. She checked caller ID. It was Piper. "Hello?" She answered.

"Hey. Meet us in that recording audio room in the left building that they use for language speaking lessons and singing lesson. You know what I'm talking about, right?" Piper said.

"Yeah, but why?" Hazel questioned, her eyes narrowing.

"Rachel wanted us to meet her there." Piper sounded the same way Hazel felt- concerned and a little bit nervous.

"Okay, I'll see you there." Hazel promised, changing directions and going out the door of the main class building. She trudged through the snow towards the left building, the one she hardly ever went in. The right was dorms, the main was classrooms and offices, and the left was speciality rooms- like the recording room, or the pool, or the massive gym. She headed in, turning down random hallways, hoping she was going the right way.

She walked past an open door to a dark room, when a hand darted out and grabbed her wrist, pulling her inside the room. She felt a hand cover her mouth as well and she thrashed out at the person.

Suddenly, the lights flicked on and she was released. She turned to see who captured her. "Piper! Reyna!" She exclaimed.

The Cherokee girl pouted as Reyna hid her giggles. "Not cool?"

"Not at all," Hazel said, hands on her hips.

"Wanna do it to Thalia?" Piper gave her a sneaky smirk.

Hazel grinned, biting her lip. "Um, yes!" The trio laughed, the lights going out. Hazel heard footsteps and she grabbed Reyna's hand and squeezed it.

Just as the person passed the door, all three of them snatched at her and yanked her inside, slamming the door. One hand on the thrashing person's wrist, Hazel flicked on the lights with her other, only to see curly red hair, pale skin, and glaring green eyes.

"Oh my gosh, I am so sorry!" Hazel covered her mouth, shocked. She'd thought it was Thalia, not... not Rachel.

Rachel chuckled. "It's fine, don't worry."

"Are you sure?" Hazel questioned.

"Yeah, of course!" Rachel responded. The door swung open, Thalia stepping in.
