The Spar and New Powers

While Joan nodded Jaune shook his head in disagreement getting a confused look from his twin.
"No it felt like a voice was guiding me, like there was someone else using my body but I was still in control, they just gave me a push." Jaune said as he felt an odd pressure when he used the keyblade like a guiding hand teaching him the techniques that would suit him best.

"If you say so Weirdo." Joan said getting a smack upside the head by Maria.

"Anyways, Lets go and get something to eat and then Jaune's training begins!" Maria said as she headed inside with Michael and Joan leaving the lone son and youngest daughter outside.

"Hey big brother look at this!" Mel yelled getting Jaune's attention.

"What is it?" Jaune asked as he saw Mel holding a black stone in her hand

"I don't know, I think it came from that monster." Mel said as Jaune took the stone from Melissa and put it in him pocket.

"Let's go inside Mel, mom's probably has some food ready." Jaune said as Mel jumped onto his back before carrying her inside.

*six months later and one year before Beacon Jaune's pov*

"Again!" Dad yelled as Joan and I fought another round.

Joan used wind Dust to boost her speed and agility to launch herself towards me before swapping to gravity Dust to increase her power and swiping at me with her dagger.

(ok at this moment Jaune has no magical abilities like fire, blizzard, thunder, stop, aero, gravity, and others but has several skills like FlowMotion, Zangetsu, Strike Raid, SonicBlade, Ars Arcanum, and Ragnorok and more will be unlocked at a later time and level wise I'd say about 45-50, because not only has he been fighting the Heartless, but also Grimm, and his family in Sparing matches so he's racked up the Exp in six months.)

Reversing my grip on Arcs Light. It was a white and gold blade compared to Kingdom Key silver and gold the blade had teeth in the shape of two golden arcs one on each side joining at the edge (think SpellBinder and OathKeeper combined) the hilt and guard were golden with a blue wrap around the handle.

/Jaune's journal: Arcs Light. ATK 4, MAG 2 a symbol of Jaune's first step to becoming a Hunter, obtained when Jaune beat his father in a spar(of course Michael went easy), increase speed and agility and is held in a reverse grip.\

As Joan closed in I brought my blade to guard catching Joan dagger in the middle section of the blade. "You'll have to try better then that!" I exclaimed pushing Joan back onto her back leg getting a worried look from her before pushing her off me and breaking the struggle.

"Well little brother you gotta work harder then that to beat me!" Joan said as I just grinned before sprinting towards Joan and using Flow motion to gain more momentum before leaping into the air swinging my blade for an over head attack. Too slow to react due to the extreme speed I showed Joan was launched backwards and into the large tree that stood in the middle of the back yard.

"Alright kids that's enough practice, well done Jaune you're really improving with your weapon, how many do you have now?" Dad asked as he was referring to the different key chains I used to change my Keyblade.

"So far only three, I have the one that looks like that mouse from those shows Mel watches, the one with the Arc symbol, and this one." I said pulling out the third keychain that looked like a book I never used it yet but it would change temperatures when I held it from really hot to super cold, from a warm comfortable feeling to a feeling like a storm was approaching, sometimes it felt like gravity got stronger others like I was light as a feather. I don't know what it means but I want to find out. Taking off the Arcs Light keychain the Keyblade reverts to the Kingdom Key before putting on the book looking chain as the chain was connected the Keyblade glowed before surrounding itself in light before shattering revealing a blue and purple Keyblade that was shorter then the Kingdom Key but longer then Arcs Light, the teeth of the blade looked like seven planets each one different  red, blue, yellow, purple, green, White, and the last was clear with twelve black specks. Feeling the strange power emanating from the new blade I took a second look at the book on the chain and noticed something I never did before, a button where the latch that kept the book closed was, pushing the button the book opened up releasing seven lights before flying into me.

"W-what was that!" I yelled as I felt my blade grow warm.

"I honestly don't know, but the end of your weapon is glowing red, maybe try channeling that feeling into your blade?" Michael said as I nodded.

"Ok." Closing my eyes I focused on the heat coming from the handle forcing it to the end.

Michael stood watching my blade as it lit up with fire. "WOAH!" Michael yelled startling Jaune making the flame shoot out and burn the training dummy Joan was using.

"WHAT THE HELL!" Joan yelled seeing the dummy now burned instead of frozen as her sword glowed blue.
"What was that?" I asked as dad stood dumbfounded as to what happed.

"I don't know, I know you didn't use dust as
you can't use it, so maybe that chain unlocked a new power?" Michael said as he tapped his chin.

"Hmmm, why don't I just call it magic as I basically summoned fire without dust, maybe I can used other things too, how about..." I point my Keyblade to the sky focusing of the electricity I felt coming from the book. "THUNDER!" I yell as a bolt of lightning fried the dummy leaving my twin and father dumbfounded once again.

"No, just no, no fair that you get a dumb looking key made of light, but also can use elements without dust!" Joan yelled as I stepped back as she stomped over to us.

"Joan calm down, and don't over react, Jaune is still learning his abilities, and we don't know the full extent of his power. For all we know this is something that has never been seen before." Michael said as Joan appeared to relax and shake her head.

"Fine, but next time we spar I'm winning." Joan said walking off to practice with her sword and shield.

A/N ok so this is where I'll go into the other two factions of the story, Salem, and Ozma, also please let me know what you think about my oc keyblade, and if I should introduce Jaune to the Moogles or not, I kinda hinted to a synthesis item for those of you who caught it, also I will not be using Final Mix items as I never played them and no I won't be using KH3 items as I haven't played it yet as I don't own a ps4, but if you guys could give some feed back that would be greatly appreciated. One last thing right now Jaune only has access to Thunder, Fire, Blizzard, and Wind, I have a few ideas as to how Jaune unlocks Cure, Gravity, Stop, Reflect, and Magnet, as Time, Reflect, Magnet, and Cure are too op at this point, and I'm debating weather or not to even add Gravity since you would basically be putting them under extreme pressure. But let me know what you think😁
