By the way this is how Naruto's sage -rinnegan, rinnegan, sharingan, mange-kyu sharingan, kyubi- susano , sage+kyubi+sharingan.

After, nagato and obito's training section, obito went back to house to take shower. Naruto and nagato sat on the grass as they were admiring the bright blue sky, naruto felt good, when he was sitting next to nagato, he felt more like a motherly presence from nagato.

"Naru, are you Okey if i tell you about rinnegan, or should i tell you later?" Nagato asked to the blonde, who was sitting next to him, with a bright smile, the crystal blue eyes were shining as the rays hit on it, made Naruto's eyes look even more beautiful than it was. "You know, your eyes does make you captivating no wonder why, obito fell for you." He added as he poked Naruto's cheeks.

"We can start now itself, as i dont have anything particular to do." Naruto said as he looked back at scarlet haired man, "by the way ne-san, are you and itachi dating?" Naruto asked curiously at nagato, suddenly  nagato started blushing which made naruto understand what was happening. But he thought of teasing the nagato more.

"Enough with the chitchat lets talk about rinnegan. By the way can you activate your rinnegan for me naru?" Nagato asked.

"Yes, wait"  naruto said as he closed his eyes, after two minutes he opened, but nagato could only see his crystal blue eyes not the purple with black circled eyes.

"Naruto, i dont see you rinnegan, are you sure you activated it?" Nagato asked in confusion, which made the young uzumaki giggle.

"Hehehe... nagato ne, dad sealed it, so it wont be visible to anyone if i am activating it , he also did that same thing for sharingan  too. Sorry ne-san i forgot to tell you about it." Naruto said as he rubbed back of his head. Nagato just sighed and face palmed himself.

"Ok, i will tell you the details about rinnegan today, but from tomorrow we will start training. Okay." Nagato said as he looked at the blonde,
"Rinnegan or also known as samsara eye, is know to be the most powerful eyes among the three great dojutsu. Other two are sharingan and byakugan. It is said that, when time of disorder comes, the heaven sends the one who wields the rinnegan . This individual can also be know as the god of creation as in the one who calms the disorder or the god of distraction, the one who reduces everything into nothingness.
The rinnegan is characterised by concentric circles cover the purple eyeball, which you have.
The first person who first obtained rinnegan was, hagoromo otsutsuki, then madara uchiha and then you. Madara implanted hashirama's cell, in him, as he is Indra's reincarnation which made hashirama to be asura's, after he implanted hashirama's cell inside him, he immediately obtained rinnegan. Using rinnegan's power hagoromo saved the world from calamity. I dont know what it was.
Now the abilities of rinnegan, if you are the original owner of rinnegan or you obtained rinnegan, then it contains extraordinary powerful chakra and boast enormous ocular power. But if you are not the owner of the rinnegan, you will risk lossing yourself. Or you have to have enormous amount of chakra to use the rinnegan. Possessing rinnegan allows the person to master any jutsu  and also the five basic nature transformations.
It is also said that the rinnegan is the only dojutsu able to fully decipher the sage of six path's stone tablet.
The one who wields the rinnegan can utilise six abilities collectively known as six paths technique.
These are;
First one : controlling attractive and repulsive forces with the deva path.
Second one : mechanically altering one's body with the asura path.
Third one : extracting souls through the human path.
Fourth one : absorbing chakra through the preta path.
Fifth one : access to the king of hell through the Naraka path.
Sixth one : summoning version creatures through the animal path.
Seventh one : it is called as outer path, this ability allows the user to preside over life and death granting them the ability to review the dead. It also helps the user to transmit their chakra into black receivers, also to manifest chakra chains to blind the tail beasts, and creates six paths of pain. Six bodies controlled through the use of black receivers, which can each utilities one aspect of the six paths technique.
The rinnegan grands the user, a shared vision with their six paths of pains, the creatures summoned through the animal path, and the king of the hell, all of which possess copies of rinnegan in their own eyes.
The rinnegan is the only means of breaking any seals, let it be difficult or strong, which is placed on the demonic statue of the outer path and summoning it, but it cannot summoned using a fake rinnegan. Now that i think about it obito did say me that the demonic  statue is called as gedo statue, it is were the team tails was sealed by hagoromo, but to activate it we need all the tail beastes. Naruto after  three or two years from now on me, konan, obito , itachi also deidara will be your enemies, and we will be going after every jinchuriki, so when we meet, we will be meeting as enemies. I would gladly die in hands of you, naru. In that way i can redeem myself. Also if i am coming to capture you, before than please do learn sage art from jiraya or orochimaru, I believe that minato was jirays's student, he may take you as his student. When i come for you i will be using the dead bodies, to attack the leaf village for capturing you, soon you will start hating me, but know this i will always love you naruto, also tell karin that too, i love you both." Nagato said as he hugged naruto, with tears falling down from the older scarlet hair.
