"that bread had mold on it, three days ago" layla said to the blonde boy who was making a sandwich, the polaroid tucked into her back pocket
"ill just pull off the bad parts" jj shrugs his shoulders making the girl look at him concerned, "plus mold is good for you, it's just a natural organism"
"okay, but marthas not cleaning anymore puke off your shirts, got it mister" layla says pointing a finger at the boy who nods his head chuckling
she walks out onto the deck watching johnb open the envelope she had found earlier
"jj" kiara called making the boy run into the room with his sandwich is his hands making aven scrunch her nose in disgust
"hot damn, let's do it" he says taking a few bites off his sandwich while johnb opens the packaging
layla hears jj start gagging on the moldy bread and a smirk creeps onto her face, hearing the boy spit out his food and throw it away
layla sighs opening her backpack which was next to her feet and pulling out a bag of crackers handing it to the boy who leans over placing multiple kisses on her forehead , making her giggle gently
johnb opens the paper that is pulled from the envelope seeing a map with writing over it, making the groups eyes widen
"holt shit" johnb whispers
seeing an x on the page, aven lifts her hand which was originally tucked away in kiaras and pointing to the map
"x marks the spot, i guess"
"longitude, latitude" johnb mumbles his fingers tracing the paper before shaking the package
"wait, there's something else in there" he says before pulling out a small black voice box
"what's that?" jj asks looking confused
"it's a tape recorder, dumbass" layla mutters before jj looks at the girl with a smile
