Sand flew all in my nose and I sat up with quickness.

I had fallen asleep unknowingly, and sitting up so fast I woke up Orion too.

"Y'all been out for like an hour and a half, look so cute I ain't wanna wake y'all." Arial said as she bit into her sandwich.

"Pass me one." I said ignoring her comment.

She chuckled and handed me a ziplock bag from the cooler with a sandwich in it.

"Let me get one too." Orion asked and Air passed him one smiling hard at the both of us.

"What's wrong with her?" I asked Orion and he look at me then to Air shrugging his shoulders.

"Swear she was your friend init." He said and I chuckled.

"I don't know that girl , that's Zai's ting." I said and Air screwed me.

I bit into my sandwich smiling at her.

"She showing up for your ugly ass." Air said rolling her eyes at Orion and I looked at him and he raised his brow at her then looked at me. I looked away trying to hide my smile and continued eating my sandwich.

Zai was coming out of the water and once he got near us the animal shook his dreads and wet us all.

I picked up a shell and threw it at him and looked away.

"Uni don't make me drown you." He warned and I looked at him and bursted out laughing .

I picked up another shell and threw it at him again.

When he was about to charge at me I got up and took off running in the opposite direction of the water, I was not trying to get drowned for nothing my life was everything.

When he started catching up to I started screaming , I was not as fast on the sand as I was on concrete.

"Friend don't let their best friend drown the girl they like !" I screamed as I ran back in a circle and jumped behind Orion and he chuckled.

"Zai touch her and I will break your nose." He said calmly as he pushed Zai back from getting close to me.

I stuck my tongue at Zai and he chuckled.

"I gotchu little midget. I'm gon make sure I get you somehow." He smiled, his gold fangs shinning and I looked at Orion then back at Zai and rolled my eyes.

He wasn't gon do shit, I have to people on my side that he feared; my dad and Orion.

"I will push you down a mountain if you touch her." Air said pointing a finger in his face.

"I ? Why would I heart your best friend babe ?" Zai asked taking Air by the waist and pecking her lips gently.

"I'm - I'm warn-warning you." She stumbled over her words as he continued to place peck upon peck on her lips as he went lower to her neck.

I looked at Orion just baffled, and he wasn't even paying the situation any mind.

He was on his Phone, I tiptoed and looked and he was playing bejeweled and I chuckled.

I decided since everyone was busy I'd go in the water and just relax for a moment or two.

I sat at the shore and let the waves crash on to my body with force. I wasn't in any pain and my back and shoulder wasn't giving me problems like it had been a month ago. I was trying not to let the ugly scar get to me, and kept telling myself when it fully healed it'll be gone.
