day after day,
time tickles by.
the snake sheds it's skin,
but the memories stand by—
the lessons stay in mind.
and the soul is more dynamic than preconceived,
due to the looks that can deceive.
peel off the old and slither out the new,
that self-aware, intuitive being's appearance has been long overdue.
shed daily.
and know the soul that consistently slides out, won't "fail me."
