"Oh my god.. Shut it down G-D.." I mumbled while snoozing the alarm clock that I've set last night. 'Why did I set that horrible song in the first place anyway?' I looked at my brand new Iphone 6 that my cousin Audrey gave me for my seventeenth birthday last year with my eyes that can hardly opened. '7 a.m.. Still got time'. I lay my head back on my cute fluffy pillow.
One. Two. Three.
"RIANA! WAKE UP SLEEPY HEAD!" I heard my Dad's like-a-stereo-voice from downstairs.
"Yup. That's what I thought. I'm up!" I answered. "
Good. Now get down here and have your breakfast!"
"Yaa yaa.. whatever you say Dad.." I stretched, got up and searched for my big ass glasses since my eyes got major optical problem then head for the bathroom to get my shower. I do what everyone does in there then got out and started to search for what to wear from the pile of clothes at the corner of my room.
Since I'm the only daughter or most likely the only heir in the famous Violet family who own a massive modelling company in California, paparazzi always follow wherever I go. So, to get some privacy from all those parasite, I need to go undercover and guess what. I chose to be a nerd. Not just a regular nerd who always excel in every subject in school but a major nerd who also excel in studies but with a messy black wig, baggy clothes and sweatpants. (so that my curve and model figure body won't show off - not to brag) . Oh! And last but not least - my big ass thick black rimmed glasses.
"RIANA! Hurry up! You're gonna be late for school!" My Dad screamed again which almost make my glasses fall off of my head (I put it on top of my head while searching for what to wear earlier).
"OMG Dad! You almost got me a heart attack!" I took a deep breath and quickly grab whatever I can see, wear them and head to the mirror beside my queen-sized bed. I put my long blond hair into a neat bun and get my super ugly black wig onto my head.
Most nerds usually wear a braces or retainer but for me.. No way! It. Hurts. So. Much. So I skip that thing. I looked at myself at the mirror stand. I'm wearing a white baggy t-shirt that says 'Pissed off' with dark blue sweater and a black pair of sweatpants. I laughed and said, "You look great." (note my sarcasm)
"RIANA!"
"Coming!" I shout picking my worn out sandals while heading downstairs straight to the kitchen bar. I greeted my parents and enjoy my breakfast. I can see my Mom busy managing her paperwork before giving me and my Dad a goodbye kiss then head to work. My Dad is the big boss so he can go to work whenever he wants. That's what I like about him. He's a busy man who doesn't look busy. At. All.
Rich people usually have their own maid to do the household but we didn't want to have one because it'll be distracting. My Dad's the one who cooked my breakfast everyday while my Mom go with dinner. We're happy. Household? For three? We could manage that.
I looked at my phone and mumbled "Where is this guy..". My door went boom right after I said that and Caleb - my hot BFF ran inside and shouted "Morning sunshine~!"
My Dad cut in and say "You're gonna need to work forever to replace my door if its cracked, Caleb." He said without looking away from his breakfast.
"Oops.. Sorry Mr. Violet. I got super excited because it's the first day of senior year for me and Riana." Caleb said while winking at me.
I stopped chewing and think for a minute. 'Wait, what?'
"Okay. We need to go now. Bye Mr. Violet. Nice meeting you. Come on Riana. We're gonna be late." He grabbed my hand and get me straight into his red Porche. He looked at me weirdly. "What's with the face?" He asked smirking.
"I totally forgot that we're already in the senior year. I just can't believe it." I said and turned to him. Hah. It's a breathtaking just by looking at Caleb. I mean look at him. He's hot. But not so gorgeous. He got a really sexy lips and a pair of light blue eyes. He's in the school's football team as the quarterback so he got a dream body that all girls in the world desire. Surprisingly, I only love him as my best friend. I don't know why didn't I like him the way girls should like boys. Plus, he already had a girlfriend. And I might add, he's the only person except my parents who knew about my true identity.
He chuckled and said "Believe it".

So that's it. It's kinda long chapter(to me) and it's my first book I've ever made. Kinda cliche' story from an amateur. And... I hope you like it. (^0^)
