"I'll fucking kill you!" I screamed, as several of the staff held me back from clawing Sang-woo's eyes out. My mind was still hazy, but all I knew was the Y/n was being carried away in that box, and Sang-woo was the reason for that. "She didn't deserve that! What did she ever do to you?" I continued to scream as I was pinned to the floor. I continued to thrash, even when I felt a gun being placed at my temple.

I no longer cared if I died or not. I'd be fine with it, only if Sang-woo came down with me.

"Please don't hurt her! She's not thinking straight right now!" Gi-hun begged, and slowly, I stopped thrashing. The staff removed the gun from my head before letting me go.

"Know that if anyone else is hurt tonight, there will be consequences." One said, and then they were gone.

I didn't move from where I was splayed out on the floor, only shuffling into a fetal position as I continued to sob in my arm. I felt someone rubbing my back to comfort me, and immediately thought of how I'd do the same to Y/n.

"Come on Sae-byeok, you need to rest." Gi-hun helped me stand on my wobbly legs, leading me to my bed. I didn't dare look towards Y/n's bed that was stained with blood.

Soon enough, the whole bed itself would be gone with her.

I looked up at the large screen. It still said 4 players were remaining, and I didn't recall them announcing Y/n's elimination. I didn't think too much of it. They were probably getting to doing it now.

Gi-hun sat me down on my bed, trying to get me to lay down but I didn't budge. I didn't want to sleep; I couldn't sleep. He tried to push my shoulders down, and I let out a shaky breath before shrugging him off.

He rubbed his hands over his face before sighing. "You need to sleep, Y/n would--," before he could finish his sentence, I latched my hands tightly around his collar, my face red with anger.

"Stop trying to use her against me you asshole!" I screamed in his face, trembling before letting him go and crawling back in bed.

My mind plagued with memories of her, and in a sense Gi-hun was right. She did want me to win. So I was going to do exactly that.

"How is she holding up?" I asked as I looked at the unconscious girl on the stretcher. No one had bothered to check her pulse. It was a miracle that she still had one, but here, anything is possible.

I hobbled over to her, placing a shaky hand on her forehead. "She's doing fine sir. Her temperature has gone down, and she'll heal in no time." He nodded his head with a smile, as he looked at the packs of blood and IV fluid that were travelling into her.
