While Nat went to finish getting ready for the little surprise I had planned, I went into our room getting ready as well. I put on some tight black slacks with a white, slightly tight, blouse and a black belt with a gold buckle. Then I straightened my hair and applied some light makeup to complete the look.
As I was stepping out of Nat's room, she was walking out of the spare bedroom, and god she looked amazing! " You never cease to amaze me!" I say with a grin plastered widely on my face. " As do you," she responds kissing my cheek. " Let's get this date started, shall we?"
I walked out to the car and opened the passenger side door for Nat before closing it and getting in the drivers seat. We sat in a comfortable silence as I rested my hand on her thigh, rubbing up and down soothingly. I pulled up outside the place and got a blindfold for Nat to put on. " Alright baby I need you to put this on." " ooo kinky much Y/N!" She said with a large smirk on her face. " Oh shut it you!" I said. Without further protest, she put it on and I started to lead her to my set up.
" Okay you can take it off." She slowly took the blindfold off and looked around in awe. " Woow honey, this is so beautiful! How did you do all this?" " We'll, I just had to make sure you stayed asleep and come up with a plan to not sound suspicious."
We made our way over to the table and I poured us both glasses of wine. " To my incredibly beautiful girlfriend, who lights up my world with her smile and laugh, and who makes me the happiest I've ever been!" I said clinking our glasses together. " Well I'm only smile and laugh this much because of you!" She responds kissing me lovingly.
" Before we continue on with this night, I got you a lil something." I reached into my back pocket and pulled out a tiny box wrapped for her. " You didn't have to get me anything babe!" " I know, but I wanted to and you deserve it!" Without further hesitation, she started to open her present. As she lifted of the lid, her eyes sparkled and she looked up at me with a genuine smile. " Oh my god thank you so much baby! I love you! Can you put it on for me?" It made me really happy to see she enjoyed the gift so much. " I love you and of course my love!" She turned her back towards me and I moved her hair to one side as I placed the necklace on. Nat looked at me adoringly so I placed a kiss on her nose, causing her to scrunch it and giggle at the feeling.
" Alright now come on, let's watch some movies!" Before she had the chance to respond, I quickly picked her up and carried her to the fort I made. I placed her down in the mound of pillows before I quickly joined her side with the remote. " Here baby, choose what to watch." I may be slightly regretting letting her pick, because she chose Annabelle, and I get scared during horror movies. How could I say no to her though when she's jumping up and down like a goof for this movie. " Baby pleeeeease let's watch this movie! I promise I'll protect you!" She begged me. " hmm only for you my love!" Nat squealed so loud and she immediately pressed play, then snuggled into my side.
I was admiring Nat throughout the movie so that I would be distracted, but that didn't really help. I was so zoned out that a really loud and scary jump scare happened, causing me to jump in Nat's arms and practically smother her. She found this absolutely hilarious but I did not, so I just pouted into the crook of her neck. " It's okay bubba, I've got you," she said while stroking up and down my back. I was really giddy after that because one, the back rubs felt amazing, but mostly because she called me by a new nickname and I really liked it.
I looked up at her and smiled, " I really like that new nickname!" She returned the smile before placing kisses all over my face saying " bubba" in between each one.
The rest of the night couldn't have gone any better, but it was getting late so we decided to clean up and head home. The whole drive back, we both had huge smiles plastered on our faces that wouldn't go away no matter how hard we tried. Once we got back to Nat's place, I wanted to remember this night forever, so I pulled out my phone and kissed her passionately, snapping a couple of photos.

With our night complete, we hopped into comfy clothes and snuggled up together in bed, soothing each other to sleep.
