"Is that even legal?" Milhouse wondered.

"Aside from being forced into reading and repeated examination of the riot act. Don't get me started on Dolph and Kearney," Bart said.

"At least, Kearney got his GED," Milhouse said.

"Someone needed to teach him. Look how he approaches those nerds." Bart said.

"He doesn't push them around," Milhouse said.

"That's what I'm talking about! They were allowed to impose the kinds of homework that would drive a nun mad." Bart said.

"Yeah, and check out how those who suffered a nervous breakdown. At least, he got an extra staff member." Milhouse said.

Cut to the nurse in a group therapy

Nelson is forced to watch as many are subjected to 'attack' therapy, thanks to the help with information from the Superfriends.

"Shut Up..." A student said.

"That's a problem, trying to avoid the type of person who had become... a mouse." The nurse assistant explained, who resembles a female drill deputy.

"Gezz, at least give the guy a break already. I had cut some folks some sack." Nelson whispered to Richard.

"I'd be careful. I heard this guy can hear a pin drop during a tornado." Richard whispered back.

"Yeah, right," Nelson responded.

"You're next, Muntz." The nurse assistant said to Nelson.

"CRUD," Nelson said.

Back to Bart and Milhouse

Bart looks out the window for a moment and sees the skies.

"Hey, check it. The skies are the same color as my rage toward Principal Sergeant," Bart said.

"Say, the skies aren't supposed to be in that color," Milhouse said.

"Well, it looks like someone clowned with the ink machine again," Bart laughed.

"Bart" Lisa yelled, coming over.

Lisa was on her way to class.

"The town is up in arms about the skies. There could be a fire." Lisa said.

"I'm on standby in case we hatch an escape plan," Bart said.

"Bart!" Lisa said.

"Come on Lisa, ever since Sergeant Killjoy took over, this place has become more crappy than Grandpa's nursing home. Look, at what we're forced to read." Bart said.

"Bat, you're required to read for about 20 minutes for class, as part of your redemption. Books are related to your offenses. Just be lucky, the principal allowed to go this as far as harsh he can dash out on underachievers." Lisa said.

"I'll bet he found your offenses. I mean, look at the list of books you were made to read." Bart said.

"Bart, you forget reading is among my favorite hobbies. Second, unlike you, it isn't mandated in all cases, just those who fail to meet the quota, which you should be lucky it's a D+ or higher. Once, I even purposely try to fail to ensure there wasn't any favoritism. It only results in extra mandated works such as writing a book report, which why else would I try." Lisa said.

Bart couldn't believe how Lisa would go.

"Look, if you don't mind, we need to get to class. You know the punishment on playing hooky." Lisa said, before leaving.
