Kill The Uniform

The girl gets ready for another fight unamused by the boy's lackluster threats. Mataro charges her only to then fling himself down to bow at her.

Mataro: WE'RE SO SORRY!

Girl: Huh?

Mataro: We don't like fighting strong people, so can you let us off the hook, please?

The girl, now thoroughly confused, just sighs and agrees to the boy's terms. Before Tatsumi decided that it was finally time to step in.

Tatsumi: I think you have one other person to apologize to.

Both the girl and Mataro turn around to see Tatsumi.

Mataro: You're that guy we took that wallet off of!

Tatsumi: Bingo. And you're going to be good little brats and give it back to me.

Mataro: Like hell we are! We stole that wallet fair and square, so you-

Tatsumi grabbed the little boy by his head and lifted him up so that they met eye to eye.

Mataro: Have the completely justifyed right to take it all back so you don't be me to a pulp.

Mataro quickly handed the wallet back before anything worse could be done to him.

Girl: So, they got you too huh?

Before Tatsumi could respond he hears someone screaming at the Mataro.

???: MAAAAAAAAAA- TAAAARRRRR-RRROOOOOOOOO!!!!

A brown-haired girl tackles Mataro out of Tatsumi's hands and onto the ground, and after rolling for a bit she had Mataro in a chokehold as he screamed.

Mataro: AH! SIS I'M SORRY PLEASE LET GO!

Brown-haired girl: You should be! How many times do I need to tell you to not mug people before school?!

He manages to get out and before running away, laughing to himself with the rest of the boys behind him.

Mataro: I don't need no education!

Brown-haired girl: I'll get that kid to school one of these days I swear it.

She turns to Tatsumi and the girl both staring at what just happened in complete shock at what just happened.

Brown-haired girl: Sorry about my brother. What are your guys' names?

Girl: It's Ry-

Brown-haired girl: OH! NO! Sorry, I'm going to miss the cable car.

She then runs to a cable car that seems packed but somehow makes her way in as it drives off leaving Tatsumi and the girl.

Tatsumi: 'What did I just witness?'

Tatsumi looked over and decided to walk up to the girl who was still in shock of what just transpired.

Tatsumi: So, I'm just gonna go out on a limb and say you're just as confused as I am.

Girl: And you wouldn't be wrong, unless you have something crazy that you're hiding from me.

Tatsumi: Not unless you count getting robbed by people as crazy, but then I guess that's something we both share.

The girl glared at Tatsumi, more so his eyes than anything else. She didn't know why but there was something about them that intrigued her. Same thing for Tatsumi and the red streak on the girl's hair. It was enough to get him to stay just a little bit longer.

Tatsumi: By the way my name is Tatsumi, I'm new around here if you couldn't tell.

Girl: I'm new here too and the name's Ryuko by the way. I don't know where you're planning on going but you might find something if you follow me.
