Alright. I know I'm putting more of these in now, but we are coming to the end of the story! So....I am justified. :)
So, start putting in your wagers for how it will end! The next chapters will cover the months up to her birthday, when she turns 18. When I say she turns 18 O:
Okay, I'm gonna start typing now. Buh bye :)
Juliet, February 13th
Ah, the day before Valentines' Day. Harry had been sneaking around making plans....which was pretty obvious actually. I just didn't know where. All I knew is that it was tomorrow. Starting around 10 am. Because he was spoiling me.
I love him. Seriously, I do.
Anyways. A few days ago, I got the okay from my doc to be normal again. As in, be able to whatever I want. But today, Sarah and I were going to see a doctor about a cochlear implant. She was nervous, sitting next to me, but I kept telling her it's just information, not that's she actually committing to it.
As I sat and translated his information, it seemed appealing to her. And even to me. Of course I want her to be able to live normally, but not if she doesn't want it. After about an hour of asking questions and getting information, we thanked the doc for his time and left. I decided to take her out to lunch, since things had been so hectic with me being in the hospital and taking care of the twins.
"So what did you think of the information?" I asked her.
"I'm interested. But... is it something we can really do?"
A ten year old is worrying about money. "Yes. If you're 100% sure you want to do this, then we'll call the doctor and tell him. But not until you're completely sure you want it."
She nodded, and we just kid of talked about what she wanted to do for school. There was a school for deaf kids here, and she was thinking about going there. She was starting to talk a little, not much and not outside of the boys and myself.
As we got home, she ran off to play with the pups, Max the Husky and Finbar the Great Pyrenees. She took the twins with here into the back yard, where we can still see them.
Ah, kids and their pups.
The next day, Valentines Day
"Julieeeeet." someone said with a singsong voice.
"go away." i grumbled. I turned in my bed and covered my head.
I heard whispering and I finally peaked out from underneath.
And I saw....
Ella, Eleanor, Dani and Perrie. All standing next to my bed.
what the hell.
"Oh my god. Why would you wake me up this early?" I asked.
"Just to annoy you hun. Now come on! Get up! The boys have a day planned for us!" Ella said.
"Alright. Alright. I'm up." I said, sitting up and stretching.
"We'll be downstairs. Boys are making pancakes." Dani said.
The walked out, and I noticed Ella didn't have Xavier. Maube he was downstairs, or he was at home spending quality time with his grandparents back in San Diego. I got up and took a shower. I had looked at a cloack and it said 7 AM.
Why would anyone wake me at 7 AM?
As I stepped out of my quick shower, I put a towel on and did my make up. I put on some fresh underwear and put some other comfy clothes on. Then I walked downstairs to greet everyone else, though the kids were still sleeping.
"Okay...so who's watching the kids while all of us are out?" I asked Harry, walking into the kitchen.
"We've already called Imogen. She should be here pretty soon."
"Well you boys just have this down."
Harry smiled at me, and I smiled back. We gave each other a side hug for a few seconds and then I walked into the living room, where the girls were sitting and relaxing.
"Ella, did you bring Xavier with you?"
"No, not this time. I'm only here for three days, and I didn't think he needed to be on a trans-Atlantic flight twice in less than a week."
"Yeah, that might not be the best thing ever."
Xavier was now about 3 1/2, just about a year older than the twins. But it's tough to travel with kids who don't travel well. Which was pretty much Xavier.
"Hellooooo!" someone called, the front door opening and closing.
"Come on in, why don't you, Imogen?" I laughed, the dogs surrounding her and sniffing.
"I will, thank you." she smiled. She grabbed an apple out of the fridge while the boys brought all our pancakes out to us.
"Why, thank you." I said to Harry. He sat down next to me about a minute later with his own plate. "So what are the plans for the day?" I asked.
"Well. After you're done eating, just dress in something casual. No need to dress up. And then, the day is just filled with each couple spending time with each other."
"Sounds nice." I said.
Ella and Niall were the first ones out the door. Niall had something special planned for today.... But I wasn't exactly sure what. Louis and Eleanor followed only a few minutes later, then Zayn and Perrie and Liam and Dani.
"Okay you two, I'm supposed to be babysitting, not watching teens cuddle on a couch." Imogen said.
"Okay, Okay. I'll go get ready." I said luaghing.
She never really suger coated anything.
I went upstairs and brushed my teeth. I chose some of my usual dark wash jeans, the American Eagle skinny kick. Which is pretty much the only pant type I wear. I just love the way they fit. And slim boot. Anyways. I put on a white camisole and an oversized black sweater, then slipped on some white Vans. I grabbed my phone off its' charger, my little knapsack with whatever in it, and walked back downstairs.
Harry stood by the door, wearing an outfit which I often saw on Liam. Plaid shirt, those skinny jeans guys wear. Yeah.
"Ready?" he asked.
"Yeah. Just give me a second." I told him. I walked into the kitchen, find my kids awake and going. "Alright you three, behave for Auntie Imogen, alright?" I said, signing along for Sarah.
"Okay." Sarah said. She was learning to become more oral. It was coming along really well. I huged Sarah, kissed the twins, and thanked Imogen before walking out the door with Harry.
"So, where do you want to go first?" he asked, getting into the drivers seat while I put my seatbelt on.
"Uhm.. I actually have no idea."
"I kind of do."
"Then let's go."
He drove into the heart of London and parked. We took note of where, and started walking. No where really in mind to go to, just walked hand in hand. Me having the kids and the boys usually being busy with music, we never get to go out much and do anything. We grabbed some ice cream and walked around the park, admiring the beauty of a simple place.
I never was a complicated person. I enjoyed simple things, but did enjoy some extravagence once in a while.
Today, was simple. And every minute was amazing.
Even when Ella texted me before Harry and I were home.
