"Ooooh what are you both whispering about. Secrets?" Chenle leaned forward. Donghyuck placed an arm around the girls shoulder. "Yeah, things that you're not supposed to know about Chenle~" he replied, while giving a wink. Taeyeon rolled her eyes at Donghucks immaturity.

He squealed hysterically like a dolphin while hitting the victims arm beside him repeatedly. Renjun aggressively shoved Chenle away twisting his ear.

Laughter's erupted on the table at Chenle and Renjun's bickering in Chinese. However they decreased as a vibrating thud on the surface caused everyone to flinch. She turned around to see Jaemin standing up after harshly slamming his bare hand on the table surface. He kicked his seat back and stormed off.

Taeyeon watched his retreating body in confusion non understanding anything that just occurred.

Loud chatters and screams projected across the corridors as students ran towards their next lessons.  Taeyeon entered in along with Dasom and Donghyuck trailing behind her.

She got distracted by Jaemin. She remembered that he hasn't still eaten his lunch. The girl made a thin line with her lips watching the boy leaning his head down on his desk.  She presumed that he was asleep.

Whatever I shouldn't care? Taeyeon turned to the front of the class immensely reading her novel. It was a fantasy novel about humans and phoenixes. She was in her own world, enjoying the climax scene she was into. Surrounding sounds, voices and people were blocked out. She was so deep into her book and her thoughts. But unfortunately she was brought out of her world when she felt a hard nudge on the back of her seat. She tried to ignore it but they didn't stop. Instead the consistently hit at a greater speed.

Taeyeon wanted to say something back to him but she was scared. She shut her eyes tight bringing her mind back to her novel.

However he didn't stop and the girl was loosing patience. She wasn't going to stay quiet anymore. She took a deep breath and plastered on a fake smile letting out a wry laugh. When her orbs connected to his she set an emotionless face on the culprit.

"What do you want?" She hissed at him while gritting her teeth to prevent herself from stuttering. He raised his left eyebrow, amused by her attempt of acting intimidating. He simply shrugged his shoulders making the latter turned her head back to her book.

There is one thing Jaemin realised. After she moved into the gang house, she seemed a little more confident. Not scared of him, she doesn't stutter anymore or fear him. He doesn't know if it was her brother's doing as he is NCT's Boss or her just trying to act tough. Nonetheless, he didn't care, he found it entertaining - messing with her.

The sun set asleep as the moon woke up illuminating the dark night. Taeyong and nct 127 left for a mission. The girl was on her bed lying down, staring at her blank ceiling, reminiscing over the conversation she had with her brother an hour ago.

"Yong where are you going?" the younger questioned her brother who was dressed in all black wearing a mask. She spotted a metallic object on his back pocket and she was hoping that it wasn't what she thought it was.

"Yeon stay here it's safe for you. I'm going on a mission." he said while tightening his belt. "No don't go please" her fingers trapped his body in her warm embrace. Taeyong smiles while hugging her back. He leant closer to her ear and gently spoke.

"Yeon nothing will happen to me. I have to go as the leader of the gang. I won't be a good leader if I let my members do my dirty work. I have to put myself in the same position as them." the girl shook her head nuzzling into his shoulder. The older boy gently pulled her away and softly looked into her eyes.

"I will come back safe. I promise" He put his pinkie finger out which the younger connected hers with. "Promise?"

"Promise... I have to go now. Taeil is helping us for the mission from here so try not to disturb him unless it's important but the Dreamies will be here so they will protect you."

"I don't need protection" she folded her arms acting tough. The older boy chuckled and ruffled the her hair "Ok whatever you say!"

A sigh erupted from her soft lips thinking about what her brother said. "Am I that weak that I need protection?"

"What?"

"What?"
