So, at judo, there was this white belt laying on the mat, and it had a lot of tags on it, and I thought it looked like a pride flag.
I picked it up and brought it over to this boy I made friends with. (I had only known him for a couple of weeks.) He said that it looked like a pride flag, and I excitedly said that I had thought the same thing.
About ten seconds later, I asked if he was a part of the LGBTQIAP+ community, and he said yes. Then I asked what he was, and he said that he's gay.
Me being me, yelled "SAME!!!" and then I hugged him. He returned the hug, don't worry.
All anyone else heard was me yelling "SAME!!!", and all they saw was us hugging.
So, long story short, everyone thinks that we have crushes on each other, even though we're both gay and different genders.
