" What does depression feel like", I  sighed,

" It feels like a thousand tiny knives stabbing me continuously until I became numb to the pain" a blunt reply always works best in situations like these.

"I'm sorry baby"

" Stop saying that!! Stop saying those words as if they make it better! They don't! You know nothing! You have me up!" I yelled as the tears freely fell from my eyes

Naomi Morrissey is about as messed up as they come.  You hear about the foster system and how messed up things are in there, yet no one actually cares hard enough to change it. A teenager, about to age out of the system. A single mom, to twins. A girl who has fought her whole life in order to protect herself from the unknown and find herself, little does she know that finding herself, comes with a lot more than just finding out why she looks the way she does. They say its better to know a crappy truth rather than a lie, but sometimes, its okay just not knowing.

This story has been heavily trigger warned as it talks of some serious topics that may be disturbing to some readers, and even cause memories. Once you have read this introduction you are reading at your own will and must be aware of such things.

This is a story I have been working on for many years and while it is no where near finished, I would appreciate giving me time to make the updates as i am one person and writing and then editing is time consuming!

Any feedback you have would be much appreciated, positive or negative I would like it all. Thank you so much for taking time out to read this story and please enjoy.
