𝐘𝐄-𝐑𝐈𝐍 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐊𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐀, frankly, she's never had to. Well, until now that is.
She knew nothing good would've come about her bullying Min Seol-A that day, and yet she chose to idly dismiss the warning that constantly buzzed at the back of her head. It didn't matter if she didn't partake in dosing her, she still played a part in the whole thing, and that made her sick.
Quite literally. Ye-Rin was never one to handle stress well, like many other things, it was one of her major weaknesses. And thus, what she did to their supposed tutor heavily affected her health and well-being.
And so, Heo Ye-Rin began throwing-up from all the accumulated tension. It started out on a routinely basis, once every few days. But when it should've gotten better, it only got worse.
Next thing she knew, every time she blinked, she was back in the bathroom with her body hunched over the toilet.
She was so exhausted from her sudden illness that she couldn't bother hiding it from her friends and boyfriend. Especially Seok-Hoon, he immediately took notice to her pale completion and tired figure.
Her sudden liveliness had disappeared and it definitely affected the mood of her friend group, they had to constantly remind her of things she forgot, and force her to eat and stay hydrated just so it wouldn't slip her mind.
But when she fainted one day in the middle of school, she had to be rushed to the nearest hospital due to dehydration. Her body lacked the sufficient amount of water intake and the doctors had to put her on an IV.
Ye-Rin woke up surrounded by the white walls of a hospital, she blinked a few times to adjust to the sudden change in lighting before finally taking in the rest of her environment.
Glancing to the side, she locked her eyes on a sleeping figure beside her. Mustering up the most energy she could, she licked her chapped lips and called out for him. " Seok-Hoon. " Her voice was hoarse and her throat was dry.
The boy beside her thankfully began to stir before finally slowly peeling his eyes open. Finally locking his eyes with hers, they practically widened twice his original size as his mouth went agape.
" You're awake. " Seok-Hoon uttered, Ye-Rin slowly cranked her head up and down but stopped when pain shot through her head. Clenching it with the arm that held the IV, she snapped her eyes shut as her boyfriend moved her so she was resting back on the pillow.
