This is a bramha kamal. It's a very large flower and the plant looks kinda weird (wait let me see if I have a picture of it) (no, no I don't)
Moving on, the flowers are h u g e and they can range from as large as my hand to my face (not helpful but shush)
They only bloom at night and as I far as I've seen, they only bloom twice-thrice a year but when they do there's a LOT of them. And you can see in the first picture that all of them hardly fir into the basket lol and there were like 6-7 more under the first layer and all I could smell for a few hours was the flower after we brought them down
Anyways we don't ever really cut the flowers when they bloom but since these wilt if you don't cut them the exact night they bloom, welp we have no choice. Wait we also use them in worship and stuff and if you've read the current chapters you'll notice a big frame which hangs in the middle of the ganesh chaturthi setup and the flowers are usually where we use them but since I don't have the photos of where it does, ooops lol
Anyways since I'm too lazy to take pictures updates for this book are gonna be kinda late so yay
