I wake to yelling and i sit up looking at the time and its 4am

I get out of bed walking out my room and i go down stairs and i see mac and my brother yelling
Tegan; no no no get the fuck out
Joe : there u are u do u know how fucking selfish u are moms in floods of tears cause of u and lydia for not coming for Christmas
Tegan; u really came all the way from Hawaii to tell me this
Joe ; u blocked me and max
Tegan: for good fucking reason i would go to moms for Christmas but u and max always beat the shit out of me and lydia . Now get the fuck out my house before i call the cops
Mac :don't worry I'm calling them now
Joe : no u aren't
Tegan : just leave and we won't call them
Joe ; not untill u say you'll come to moms
Tegan ; no I'm not going if u and max are going to be there now get out

I go upstairs and i hear him following so i run to my room grabbing my phone and joe grabs my phone throwing it onto the floor and he grabs my throat pushing me against the wall making it hard to breath .
Mac : get off her
Mac trys hitting him and joe lets go of me and punchs mac

Tegan : joe get out I'll talk to mom just leave

He walks out the door and i lock the door

Mac ; there was banging on the door so i got it and joe just barged in I'm calling the cops

He hands me his phone and i go to the kitchen getting a bag of frozen peas putting it on my face and i go upstairs to my room and i call lydia
Lydia ; I've tryed calling joe just beat the crap out of me and that he was on his way to yours

Lyida ; i guess he punched me i said I'd go to moms and he left I'm fine tho I've got ice ovey face

Tegan : got ice over my face aswell he punched me and he put his hand on my throat

I hang up and i call mom and she doesn't answer and i call her a few more times and she answers

Tegan; your son joe showed up at mine and lydias places he theated to kill me which i don't put past him and he beat me lydia and mac up
Mom ; what i didn't even know he was in LA are u guys ok
Tegan : no we aren't we've been assaulted on our homes do u know how un save i feel right now and mac and lydia are probably feeling the same . U need to sort him out
Mom : i can't sort him out hes a growen man
Tegan; then we need to call the police
Mom ; don't he won't do it again
Tegan; mom he just hurt us he promises us all the time that he won't lay another finger on us again and he does . We need to call the police this isn't right

I hang up and i get up going to macs room

I walk out his room and i go back to mine
