When it come to cuddling Steve was the big cuddlier pre-serum and still is now but Bucky has started to top that record pre-serum Steve set, because every chance Bucky gets he'll nearly cuddle Steve to death. For fear if he doesn't he'll loose Steve like he did before and never see him again.
