Chapitre 9

- Felix, I have something to ask you, dis-je après un moment.

Il fronça les sourcils d'un air inquiet au ton sérieux de ma voix.

- Don't worry, nothing bad happened, le rassurai-je. I was just wondering if you would teach me a bit of Korean, because I would like to have more interactions with the members who don't speak English. I also hate to see them sitting behind when I talk with you, Chan or Han.
- Do you think I'm the best person to help you with that? demanda t'il.
- Yes, because you will understand my struggle and you learned the grammar rules that they don't think of when they speak since it's their first language. Don't they always tell you that your Korean is better than theirs because you don't use slang?

Le rappeur sourit, me montrant que mes mots lui avaient redonné confiance.

- Oh and I already learned the alphabet so that's one less step. It shouldn't be a problem, I just can't guarantee it.

Pendant que Felix lavait et rangeait sa vaisselle, j'allai chercher mon carnet et un crayon dans ma chambre. Nous nous assîmes ensuite ensemble sur le divan pour commencer la leçon.

Quelques heures plus tard, quand tout le monde, sauf Bangchan qui travaillait sans cesse comme un forcené, fut rentré à la maison, il se mit enfin à mouiller. Le ciel gris et les torrents d'eau n'invitaient personne à sortir dehors. C'est pourquoi la majorité des garçons étaient soit sur leur téléphones ou en train d'écouter la télévision. Pourtant, comme la promesse silencieuse que je m'était faite ce matin, j'avais d'autres plans que de faire comme eux.

- Hannie-oppa...? demandais-je en entrant dans la chambre de ce dernier.

Il leva les yeux vers moi d'un air curieux.

- 네?
- I wanna do something with you. Come.

L'écureuil à ma suite, je partis à la recherche du Lee Felix sauvage que je trouvai dans la cuisine avec un bol de ramen déjà bien entamé entre les mains.

- Hey Lix, it's time to do my evil plan that I talked about this morning, annonçai-je alors qu'il prenait la dernier bouchée de son repas.
- Evil? Wasn't it just...
- Do you think Hyunjin-oppa would like to come too, le coupai-je. I'll go convince him to join us.
- 사악한 계획은 무엇입니까? demanda Jisung à son sunshine twin d'un ton inquiet.

Quand j'eu récolté les trois rappeurs, je me dirigeai vers la porte d'entrée pour enfiler mes chaussures.

- We're not going outside with the rain!? paniqua Han en me voyant faire.
- Yes we are, répondis-je sans le regarder. Come on, I won't wait for you.

Lorsque j'ouvris la porte et sortis, Hyunjin s'empressât de me suivre dehors. Nous descendîmes les escaliers du bloc appartement et sortîmes dans la rue, sous la pluie battante. Les deux plus jeunes nous rejoignirent par la suite.

- Besides cheesecake, this is one of the best things in the world. I actually wrote something about it in my notebook. If you want to read it someday; I know Jisung likes to read my writings.
