You couldn't do much at this point. And you have to agree as just think: arms are completely sore and lifeless as they are above your head. Legs wobbling controllably as his spinal cord was seemingly breaking. He couldn't do it, Percy couldn't hold the sky. But he had no choice.

He held in his cries of pain, of agony, of sorrow. Dozens of other emotions flared through his body, threatening to escape to the surface.

Zoë was dead because of him, Bianca was dead because of him, Annabeth was taken because of him. All of it: and he was giving up now? How much of a weakling can he be?

If he was stronger, better, faster. Honestly, everything would be fixed within seconds.

Percy hated himself so much, he left his mother alone. Not a single goodbye. He knew his mother would be heartbroken if he was smashed to a mountain like a pancake. Ironic in the case as she baked him blue pancakes.

Black and silver was all he saw, Atlas and Artemis.

It all came down to this if Artemis was to win, they would leave another day. Although, he did have trust in her. But himself? That was another case.

Atlas spear struck Artemis' midriff as a cry of pain escaped from the maiden goddess' throat.

The Titan of Strength laughed as he taunted the goddess with insults.

Thalia was struck down by a Scythian Dracaena, taken prisoner.

Percy's knee gave way, now on the ground. He was crouched down on the ground in a praying position.

Lactic acid reached his muscles, tiring them out. His muscles were heavy, his hands were numb. Hades, his whole body was numb.

He couldn't do it anymore.

From afar he heard the wails coming from the river Acheron, taunting him.

"Come to us son of Poseidon, sweet blessing, no more fighting, just eternal rest. Worthless to live. No point in fighting any longer, Kronos was fated to win. Look, the Olympians aren't even helping their own daughters and sons. Just drop the sky and rest will ensue. And who else is for you to trust? Everyone is gone, and trusting me may be better than trusting someone else. Kronos isn't trustworthy, that is for sure but you surely don't deserve this fate? Trust me, you made through all those accomplishments just for them to be crumbled within a few minutes. Because of their laziness. Their stubbornness and pride. Apollo isn't even coming to help his sister, and Artemis isn't even going in her divine form! Corruption is in the Olympian Ranks, just give up. Come on-Perseus. Let go and you will have an eternal life of forgetting. JOIN US SON OF POSEIDON!"

Percy choked out blood, did he really want to do this.

"Yes"

The voice spoke in his mind again.

Percy smiled and grinned widely, blood stained teeth showing.

He dropped the sky, Artemis whipped her head round and gasped. Cursing, she grabbed onto her Lieutenant' dead body, Annabeth, Grover, and her biological sister: Thalia.

Artemis flashed away to safety, Olympus. And at this point most likely the most safest place on Planet Earth.

The council had different reactions, some were crying, Poseidon mainly though.

Some were not bothered, Hades, Deméter, Artemis, Apollo, and Dionysus. Along with basically every other god, except for Hephaestus perhaps as he knew what it was like to just give up.

Some were exhilarated with the damage to Othrys, Ares, Zeus, and Athena were the prime ones.

The entire Mount Tamalpais was destroyed. The once glorious and proud Titan Fortress now laid in ruins. The downfall created a mass wave of destruction amongst San Francisco, and basically everything within the mile radius. And even if you are an immortal, a blast that powerful would surely kill (or at least put) them into submission. Atlas, the once one of the most powerful Titans now returned to Tartarus. The Garden of the Hesperides's magic didn't even stop the mass downfall, as it crumbled too. The 5 Hesperides, now followed their father just as they did millennia before into Tartarus.

Ladon roared in rage and confusion as he saw his masters killed, his homes destroyed.

At once, Athena whispered to Zeus.

Zeus started to smirk, he liked what Athena proposed.

"Capture Ladon and bring him to me, he shall be my slave and I his master. He could be of great benefit to us."

Artemis nodded as she flashed off ready to do Daddy dearest bidding.

Thalia and Annabeth were taken to Apollo, neither conscious, not knowing that a lover and a brother were 'dead'.

Poseidon left the council room , approaching Hestia tending at the Hearth.

Hestia spoke first, her eyes never leaving the hearth as the familiar flop of fire came out of the fire.

"We need a shroud, a shroud for the son of Poseidon." Poseidon spoke, tears brimming his sea green eyes.

The hearth flames roared wildly, showing only Hestia a vague image of Percy in full battle armor, and a beautiful lady next to him.

"Someone is special to him in the near future, Poseidon. That is for sure."
