Mia's POV- My alarm went off signaling it was morning, I groggily rubbed my eyes and got out of bed. "Yay Tuesday" I said sarcastically to myself. I walked to the bathroom and got a shower and brushed my teeth. After my shower I walked out to my room and threw on an outfit:

As I wandered down the steps I heard nothing- no tv, no music, no nothing. It was dead silent, it was peaceful. "Daddy?" I called out, no response. "Daddy?" I spoke once more, still nothing. 'He's not here' I said inside my head as I felt safe away from him. As I was popping some toast in the toaster I heard Belch honk the car horn. "Guess I'm not getting breakfast today" I sighed to myself while I quickly put on my black converse. I picked up my bag off the dusty floor, looked in the mirror by the door one last time before walking outside and locking the door. "Hurry up!" Henry shouted from the car which made me walk slightly faster. Once I was at the car Henry climbed out and pulled down the seat so I could get in. I sat in my normal spot in between Vic and Pat, of course Patrick being the creep he is rested his hand on my thigh. We arrived at school a few minutes later, we all hopped out and went inside the building. Everyone stared as usual, people just can't wrap their heads around the fact that the sweet girl was friends with the town heathens. The bell rang and it was off to class, Belch and Vic went to English, Henry and Patrick went to Math while I went to History.
~little time skip to half way threw the class~
Class was half way done and I need to use the bathroom, so I raised my hand and asked to go. I walked down the empty hallway and towards the bathroom. After I washed my hands I left the room and started to walk back to my class when I was roughly shoved against the lockers. I looked up and saw Jay, he's a total perv. "What the hell do you want Jay" I whisper shouted. "I just want to have some fun" he chuckled darkly.
