After WandaVision, in the post credit scene, you can see she is in a bunch of forest and mountains. Also if you look at in fatws, Zemo goes to what was left of Sokovia and it's just a bunch of mountains and trees. After WandaVision, Wanda went to Sokovia to be close to one of the only homes she felt safe and undisturbed, and that helped her bring her kids back.
