''Fedyor!'' Nataliya called out and sped up to the Heartrender clad in red. Fedyor smiled at her and then continued walking when she fell in step with him. ''Do you have any new leads on Nina?'' She asked immediately.

Fedyor stopped in his tracks and looked around the hallway with wide eyes, checking if anyone was listening to them. Then he looked utterly confused back at Nataliya. ''That's classified information and a secret mission. How the hell do you know about it?'' Fedyor talked in a whisper before he closed his hands in front of him to listen to any near heartbeats.

Nataliya raised her eyebrows at him as if to say 'are you joking?'. She then looked left and right before she motioned with her head to the entrance door at the end of the corridor. When she began walking Fedyor quickly followed her and they were only safe to talk once they were outside, even though they still conversed in whispers.

''General told me she didn't report in but then I had to find out myself who was put on the job of searching for her. Now you have got to found something, right? Where is Nina?'' Nataliya hated when she was kept in the dark about things.

And now with this constant tension between her and Kirigan, he didn't include her in all of his political endeavours. The whole Nina situation died down and while he thought Nataliya forgot about it, she never really did. She was constantly worrying at the back of her mind, hoping Nina survives wherever she is. Knowing the girl whoever she was up against had no chance, Nina was tough and could take care of herself.

Fedyor looked around the gravel path one more time for good measure before he looked Nataliya straight in her eyes. ''She was abducted by Fjerdans.''

Nataliya almost gasped out loud and she had to take half a step back from shock. Her surprise vanished rather quickly and a nasty look replaced her features. ''Fucking Drüskelle.'' She muttered under her breath.

Fedyor nodded along. ''All we know now is that she's on a ship going to the Ice court.''

A heavyweight set itself in Nataliya stomach at the thought of Nina going to the ice court. It once almost happened to Nataliya yet she was saved from that failed mission, thankfully, otherwise, she wouldn't be standing here in the moment.

''Tell me you're planning to go after her?'' Nataliya asked with slight hope in her voice.

Fedyor glanced at the floor. ''Not yet.''

''Not yet!? If someone doesn't depart right this moment she may be halfway through Fjerda bound to her death!'' Nataliya involuntarily raised her voice. She immediately realised how loud she was being and she recollected herself. ''Nina can't be left alone there.''

''We can't pass the border just like that, it's too risky. We're waiting for more updates on the ship, where exactly it's headed.'' Fedyor explained as calmly as he could.
