Charity Ball Pt. 1

We were on our way to the charity ball and I am nervous to be around Noah recently because I know he probably doesn't want a actual relationship but I really want to be his girlfriends even though it has only be technically two dates, I am just really scared to bring it up to him and that is all I can think about I then felt him run his finger down my arm down to intertwine my hands with his I looked up and noticed that we are at a red light and Noah brought me out of my thoughts by saying

N--"Do you not want to come to this event do to you ex, I have to but really you don't have to" I skipped question with a question of my own 

C--"Do you want to be in an actual relationship with me, or do you just want like a friends with benefits type thing with me, well I guess it would be boss and  benefits, I--" he stopped my rambling by pulling my face towards him and he kissed me, it was one of those kisses that was so rough but delicate at the same since we heard a honking behind us and I know it was Kane and Kimmy I then texted me 

K--"Can you stop kissing my brother up there😂" I wanted to cry because I don't know if that kiss was a goodbye one or yeah I would like to be something with you kind of kiss 

C--"Sorry..." is all I sent to her she then texted me 

K--"What's wrong" she texted me for the last time before we were pulling into the parking in a few seconds then turned off my phone and put it in my purse 

C--"I don't think your brother wants to be anything with me official, I'll see you at the ball I'm turning my phone off and please don't say anything to him" 

We pulled into the parking lot finally, I opened my own door before he could even get out of his side of the door, I waited for them to get out I saw Kane open the door for Kimmy to get out and him holding out his hand for her to take, I look away from them and to Noah is standing beside me but that was a mistake because he was already looking at me so I smiled at him but I think we both know it didn't reach my eyes as they say sometimes, he held out his arm for me to hold while saying 

N--"Shall we?"

C--"We shall" I felt somebody looking at me and then when I did I seen that Blake McGraw was standing there with his date looking at me with so much hate in his eyes, I felt my grip becoming harder on his arm I looked over at Noah and said 

C--"Sorry" I tried to remove my arm from his but he stopped me and kept walking I know he seen him because his fist was in clinched into a tight fist, we continued walking into the building, we had to go up the elevator, so we walked to it and I heard two more feet coming so I kept pushing the button on the elevator while saying 

C--"Come on, come on" 

B--"You know Callie that won't make it go any faster" I stilled and retracted my hand away from the button I looked over at Noah who had his jaw clenched but didn't say anything until the door opened we all filled on but Noah was standing in the way for them getting on the elevator 

B--"Come on Noah let me on the elevator"

N--"No not around my girlfriend" I know I had a shocked face because he stood up for me and called me his girlfriend 

B--"Looks like she is shocked are you not really her boyfriend or are you just saying that"

N--"Oh trust me McGraw she know damn well I am her boyfriend she just never had a guy that stood up for her, just a guy that would beat the shit out of her and then walk out for three days not knowing if she is alive or not, oh wait you tried to do that to didn't you" I wanted to cry but I know he brought that up to him for a good reason Blake looked at me and asked 

B--"You told him"

C--"Why wouldn't I, he is my boyfriend" I know he isn't really but it is really getting at him right now, he scuffed and then the doors closed I sighed and backed up to the wall and I felt one lonely tear fall down my face, what a freaking great night this turned out to be so I started to apologies 

C--"I am so so sorry guys" while a couple other tears fell down my face and I heard somebody walk up to me and I looked up and seen Kimmy crying 

K--"Why didn't you tell me" 

C--"Because he wasn't even supposed to be out of prison" I shook my head no and I started to hyperventilate and started to pace back and forth, and I said when I was thinking to my self 

C--"Oh no, I talked back to him, shit what have I done"  I stopped then I started to have another panic attack I almost fall but I am caught by Noah and he said to me,

N--"Please baby girl look at me and focus on your breathing" I did what he told me to 

N--"We will worry about him later how about we go out in there for a couple hours and then we will all go back to your house and watch movies and worry about him another day, how does that sound" all I could do was nod my head yes and then the elevator doors opened, Noah helped me off the floor and held his arm around my waist, I am still a lot nervous about this night, something tells me it isn't going to end well.
