"Hey.. wake up." I was woken up by Xiao shaking me.
"Huh?" I said and rubbed my eyes.
"Someone has been calling you nonstop for a few minutes now." Xiao said.
"You should've just turned my phone off." I said still sleepy.
"I couldn't really move, you were on top of me." Xiao replied.
"Huh? I swear I was on the ground.." I said yawning.
"It's fine." Xiao said patting my head.
"What's the time.." I said still half asleep.
"Uh.. let me see." Xiao said grabbing his phone.
"Alright." I said sitting up.
"6:35." Xiao replied.
"6:35? Who the hell calls at 6:35.." I rubbed my eyes again.
"I don't know, shouldn't you answer it?" Xiao said sitting up.
"Nah, if it's important they'll leave a voicemail." I said laying down onto Xiao.
"Ah.. alright." Xiao replied turning pink.
"I'm tired!" I yawned.
"Go back to sleep then." Xiao said patting my head.
"I can't fall sleep anymore." I replied.
"Oh.. what do you want to do then?" Xiao asked.
"Sleep!" I replied.
"Alright." Xiao said staring at me.
"Hey Xiao?" I asked staring up at him.
"What is it?" Xiao replied.
"Can we cuddle, as friends!" I asked a bit embarrassed.
"Sure? But what does cuddle mean." Xiao replied seriously.
"You don't know what cuddle means?" I asked staring at him in shock.
"No.." Xiao said with a serious face.
"Never mind then!" I replied embarrassed.
"Alright.." Xiao replied.
"Are you tired?" I asked closing my eyes snuggling comfortably into Xiao's arms.
"Just a little." Xiao smiled.
I blushed, I had been so close too Xiao I could smell him.
'He smelt nice.. wait.. what am I thinking about! Seriously I'm getting too comfortable!'
"Uh.. Aether are you sniffing me?" Xiao chuckled blushing.
"Ah, sorry! Haha." I said scratching the back of my head.
"It's alright, do I smell good?" Xiao asked teasing me.
"No!" I blushed.
"Haha." Xiao chuckled.
"Whatever!" I said hitting Xiao softly.
"I'm tired." I said yawning again.
"You can lay on my lap, if it helps you fall asleep." Xiao suggested.
"Alright.." I said laying my head down closing my eyes.

Xiao's POV

I fell asleep soon after Aether did. I woke up with Aether on me. I was careful not to wake Aether up as he looked peaceful sleeping. I smiled looking at Aether.
'Oh yea, I wonder what cuddle means.. I'll look it up later.' I thought.
I looked at my phone for the time, school would be starting soon so I decided to wake up Aether.
"Hey, Aether." I said shaking Aether awake.
"Hm..?" Aether looked around half asleep.
"School is going to start soon." I said looking at Aether.
"Oh okay.." Aether replied rubbing his eyes.
"Good morning." I said.
"Ah, yes good morning." Aether said a little more energized.
"You go get change first." Aether said stretching his arms.
"Alright." I said getting up and grabbing my clothes from my bag going to the bathroom.
Aether had let me borrowed some clothes last night to sleep in, I slipped out of them and put on the clothes I had from yesterday. I folded the clothes Aether let me borrowed nicely.

I sat on the couch looking down on, scrolling through my phone very bored.
'Ah yea I was going to search up what cuddle meant.'
'What does cuddle mean.'

"Xiao! I'm ready, let's go!" Aether said suddenly stepping out the bathroom.
"Xiao? You good?" Aether started walking towards me.
I had been bright pink from searching up what cuddle meant.
Why had I been blushing, it only meant to hold someone close.
'Geez now it's giving me thoughts of holding Aether closely.'
"Xiao are you alright?" Aether said leaning over my shoulder.
"Yea.." I nodded blushing.
"Are you sick?" Aether said looking worriedly placing his hand over my forehead.
I blushed even brighter.
"Xiao! You're red!" Aether said panicky.
"Are you alright?" Aether said getting closer which made me blush even more.
"I- uh.." I didn't know how to reply back.
"We're you cold at night?" Aether asked like a worried mother.
"Aether I'm fine.." I said brushing his hand off my forehead.
"Are you sure?" Aether said kneeling down leaning huh head forward on the couch.
I nodded in response.
"I'd hate if you got sick because of me." Aether frowned.
"I'm not sick, I promise you." I said getting up.
"Alright.." Aether replied.
"Let's get to school now, we'll be late." I said giving Aether a hand helping him get up.
