Denki x Reader

The Breakup

As you got home from your part time job waiting tables, you got a text from your boyfriend, Denki. He said he needed to talk to you about something and to meet him at the arcade where you had your first date your first year of UA. As you read this, you got ready as the sky turned red and orange.

"Ok Denki. You're going to ask them in the coolest way possible! There's no way they'll say no!" Denki thought to himself, excited to see if you'll arrive.

As you arrived at the arcade, you noticed that Denki was nervous and flustered. "Hey y/n! You made it!" The yellow haired boy said. "Of course I did! Why wouldn't I?" You said.

"Let's go! Shall we?" Denki said as you both walked inside. "It's cold out. Isn't it?" You asked shivering a bit. "Yeah it is" Denki said.

You two played some games for a while and you could tell Denki was messing with something in his pocket.

"So what do you need to talk about?" You asked him. "Well we've been together for a long time now and I was thinking-" Denki was cut off by your voice. "That we should break up?" "What!? No! Why would you say that!?" Denki asked. You looked at the ground, mentally preparing yourself for what's about to happen next.

"Denki, I'm breaking up with you. We're always so busy and never have time for each other. I'm sorry." You said tearing up.

You looked at Denki and saw how heartbroken he was. "Y-y/n . . . I can't live without you." Denki said trying not to burst into tears. "I'm sorry Pikachu." You said patting his back and walking off.

You looked back and saw Denki looking at you, crying as you left the arcade.
