two days. two whole days harper had been feeling the pain. she knew it was her fault because she broke up with him. truth is harper really didn't want to break up with james but when the message came through about him taking a break she didn't think things through properly, she just thought he would say that and a few weeks later he would say he didn't want to be with her anymore and would have just left her like that. her mind got the best of the girl truly.
all harper could feel was pain and james was the exact same. they both had barely left their rooms. until today were james had to leave his room to return to training.
kennedy... harper's best friend, the person that was always there for her through everything. harper hadn't spoke to kennedy since everything occurred with james. she just wondered if she knew about it, although kennedy had tried to call harper plenty of times she couldn't bring herself to answer the phone to her. she knew she had to speak to her at some point so that's what harper decided to do.

harps🧸 erm me and james broke up. i'm suprised james hasn't told ben yet.
kenny🧸💕 what? i'm going to kill him if he's hurt you. and no ben hasn't spoke to him either he had tried ringing him and messaging him but he didn't answer either but this kinda explains it.
harps🧸 oh and no you don't need to i'm okay. i broke up with him. he got sent the pictures of me and jack from la in december and that's why he was ignoring me. i explained to him it was just a chat and then we hung out but he said it didn't seem that way and then he went on to say he wanted a break but i just couldn't handle him coming back in weeks time and saying he didn't want to be w me anymore so i just said i'll just end it here and he said okay have a nice life. ken i messed up, i didn't even mean to do it, i was just trying to stop myself from getting hurt but that's how i've ended up. i don't even know what to do. i want to be with him, i still love him. everything just hurts.

Kennedy's POV London, UK
Kennedy practically lived with ben now, they had been together for quite a while. They had met when ben still played for Leicester. Kennedy had just stopped messaging her best friend but she wondered if ben knew about it all and just didn't tell her.
Her and her boyfriend where lying next to each other when she decided she needed to know the truth. The girl turned and looked at her boyfriend with a look that anyone could tell something was wrong while the boy looked back at her, the boys face was concerned, ''what's up?'' the boy asked with his arm slowly coming away from round the back of her neck.
''Did you know?'' The girl said in a serious tone.
Ben had never seen her like this before and just decided to laugh and replied with ''know what ken?''
''Don't act stupid ben, harper and james'' The girl replied while sitting up straight,
''what about them''
''Them breaking up? the argument they had before they broke up about some pictures which i don't even know what they are'' The girl said looking away from him back to her phone to find what exactly they were on about.
''they broke up? what?'' he said taking a deep breath ''i didn't know about that but he told me about the pictures, he rang me not knowing what to do and i just told him to talk to her about it and not do anything stupid which now i guess he has''
''First of all why didn't you tell me? Secondly no he didn't break up with her she broke up with him because he said he needed a stupid break for some reason and harper didn't want to get hurt so she ended it but now she regrets it and is so upset'' the girl rambled on, she was really angry at this point in time.
''I didn't think he was gonna break up with her that's why i didn't tell you. He hasn't answered me in a few days so he must be taking the break up pretty hard too'' the boy replied trying to be calm.
Kennedy stood up and started walking towards the stairs going to the pairs bedroom ''i'm going back to liverpool to be with her, i'm not sure when i'll be back''
The girl got upstairs and packed some of her stuff to go to liverpool, she was beyond upset for her best friend, by the time she had packed most of her stuff ben appeared. ''Please don't tell me your letting their breakup affect us ken'' the boy went and sat on the bed right in front of her. ''no no of course not ben i just need to go be with her for this time'' as the girl broke down right in front of him. ''she doesn't take these things very well, i don't want anything bad happening to her but trust me we're okay'' As the girl put her arms round his neck cuddling into him. ''i love you ben'' the girl breathed out ''so much'' ''i love you too, come on i'll drop you off at the train station'' he stood up reaching for the girls hand as the girl smiled at him.
