𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐆𝐈𝐑𝐋 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐘 𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐁𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐖𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐎 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐊, their tutor paced around the room as she waited for Seok-Hoon and Ye-Rin to finish their work. Anna admired and observed the things around the twin's study as Seok-Kyung had yet to turn up for their lesson.
Ye-Rin had studied together with them seeing as her mother wasn't particularly keen on having strangers over at their house and the twins were more than happy to have her.
Anna paused when she came across Seok-Kyung's desk, it was colored a deep pink as random decorations scattered all throughout the table. But one item had caught her attention amongst all the other shiny and extravagant things, it was a normal, ordinary, pill bottle.
It stood out like a sore thumb, picking it up, she quietly shook the bottle to notice that it was almost empty, she'd reckon only about a handful of pills left. Glancing around to make sure no one had been looking, she slipped the pill bottle into the pocket of her jeans and made her way back to the table where her students sat.
No one would care if some random medication went missing anyways, it already looked old and abandoned, plus she assumed that they'd be able to buy new ones with their money regardless.
She quickly moved it from her pocket into her canvas bag before grabbing a macaron from the tray, eventually also stealing some of the packaged ones, unbeknownst to her that this act didn't go unnoticed by the twin who had caught her sneaking the snacks into her bag.
Ye-Rin snapped out of her train of thought when Seok-Kyung entered the room, she gave a soft smile to the girl before fiddling with her boyfriend's fingers. The boy then laced his hand with hers before pressing a kiss onto the back of it causing her to giggle from the ticklish sensation.
" Can we finish early today? " Seok-Kyung requested as she made her way towards the table.
" Did you forget that we started late? " The tutor shot back.
" If we finish early, you can go teach another lesson. " Seok-Kyung told her trying her best to hold in her laugh, she scoffed maliciously before smirking, " you like money. "
Ye-Rin scrunched her eyebrows as her lips curled upwards slightly, who doesn't? It was human nature to be greedy, no one could remain a saint, especially not when you live in a world as corrupted as theirs. It was an instinct to want something, even if you tried to deny it, deep deep down you'd still want what you didn't have.
Anna propped her elbows onto the table sighing, " you got that right. I like money, I need to make money. That's why I need to stay and teach you guys, if I don't stick to the contract, I'll have to pay a penalty. " She replied curtly, " did I make things clear? " The tutor slightly tilted her head.
Standing up, Anna practically snatched Seok-Kyung's application form from her and motioned towards the book underneath it. " Hurry up and solve this, " She instructed. The twin snatched her board back equally as rough.
" What's your problem? I don't want to do it, " Seok-Kyung firmly stated. The boy rolled his eyes at the two girls who were bickering knowing it wouldn't end well for the older one.
" Is it because you don't know how? " Anna taunted as she leaned forward, " I don't understand how you're the top student at Cheong-Ah arts middle school. " She voice out her thoughts, " in my opinion, you're not that smart. "
That was the last straw for Seok-Kyung, she stood up, anger evident in her eyes as she walked closer to her, the girl instantly towering over their tutor.
" Get out of my room right now. " A rough push collided with Anna as she faltered back, " now. " And Ye-Rin finally had enough of their bickering.
" I think we should finish early today, we need to write our applications for Cheong-Ah arts high school. " Her voice firmly said breaking the two apart.
" Okay, fine. Instead, it's just for today. " She muttered as she went to pack her things.
Unbeknownst to her that Seok-Kyung had grabbed one of her keyrings and stealthily smuggled it into her tote.
𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐈𝐑 𝐓𝐔𝐓𝐎𝐑 𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐋𝐄𝐅𝐓, Seok-Hoon immediately questioned his twin. " What are you doing? "
" She deserves to learn a lesson, that way, she'll learn not to act up. " She answered in a snarky tone.
Ye-Rin had walked over to Seok-Kyung's desk to grab her pills she had left there before their lesson started, but to her surprise, the place where once held her bottle was empty. She whipped her head around towards the two which had immediately caught the attention of her boyfriend after he noticed her shocked expression.
" What's wrong? " He asked as he made his way over to her.
" Are you sure you only smuggled your keyring into her bag? " She asked the girl, Seok-Kyung looked questioned before nodding her head. " My pills aren't here anymore, " she told them and their expressions dropped. " I left it here before class started but it's gone, " Ye-Rin told them.
" I didn't see the bottle when I grabbed the keyring, " the twin muttered. The three had been left puzzled for a second before it all seemed to click, " oh my gosh. " Seok-Kyung said.

hear me out. . . i hate this chapter. it's all basically just the dialogue from the show and there wasn't much going on and i hate how i wrote this, it looks really rushed. but on the plus side i really love the plot so i'm going to redeem myself by writing a better chapter in the next one [ that's why i cut it off so abruptly ] please vote !
